Can’t pick anything lower was left in Prescott valley while I live in cottonwood with my 7 year old with adhd that had to fast for dr appointment and didn’t have his medicine. As I called for my return ride at 938 and still waiting for a pick up at 12:23. Plus side it not full blown summer yet in Arizona yet
Pick up way to early now I have to wait at the Dr 45 minutes. Doesn't hardly speak English, cuts in and out of traffic. Was 45 minutes late for return trip. Don't answer phone waited 40 minutes on hold.
Discriminatory practices against I am appalled with this experience. My driver arrived later than I anticipated. Not really a problem it appeared on the tracker that he was slightly confused as to my location. When he arrived he stopped across the street and I proceeded to cross to accommodate him not turning around. He rolled his window down and gestured me to stay. A few minutes later he drove closer to tell me I would have to get another cab because he was not comfortable with my SERVICE DOG! I explained she was not a pet nor an emotional support animal, but a trained Service dog accompanying me to a medical appointment. He denied me access anyway. Even after I told him I felt discriminated against for my disability. I need to get to my appointments and I require the assistance of my service animal.

I feel this was unacceptable behavior especially considering this is medical transport.
Let me start by saying I have not used this company personally, but let me tell you, I never will. I work at a gas station and one of their drivers was panhandling (asking for money handouts) and started screaming profanities at one of my customers because he wouldn't give the driver money. I told the driver he had to leave and never come back and he started cursing at me like I was the problem. This happened on 11/10/21 at about 11:30am and the driver's car number was R49. I tried calling about it but was on hold for 45mins. Fix your stuff MedEx. This was SOOOO unprofessional.
Good luck getting someone on the phone, waited on hold for 20 minutes then they hung up on me.
Today I had a run in with one of these drivers in Kingman. Tryed to report the crazy driving skills but medex does not a have a local number and I think they can really care less. This driver was speeding down the stocton hill offramp in what looked like an attempt to drift the van its a good thing no one was in lane 2 if anyone cares the id number is 1945 dont get in this one unless u put your seat belt on and lean in on turns
I just came home to find Van #575 (license plate KAW93) illegally parked in the fire lane. My neighbor and I both had to do some creative maneuvering to get our cars parked in our spots thanks to this inconsiderate driver blocking our driving space. Given other reviews on this "business", I guess we got off light.
The drivers for the company out in bullhead city, Az are reckless drivers. They pull out in front of people almost causing accidents. Drivers need to be replaced with people that know how to drive.
