Day after day after day company said they would be by to pick up the two pallets and never showed up. Spoke to dispatch more than 10 times regarding the shipment over a period of three weeks and was told excuse and excuse as to why it wasn’t picked up. Eventually had to cancel shipment. Avoid doing business with this company!
The russian Lady at the guard shack was really nice and respectful! It's hard to come across someone like that nowadays! I'll stop with that positive review, because their was nothing positive after I left the guard shack. I had to move around AAA trailers just to get to mine!
Great notifications and JJ was great, very friendly and fast! He took great care in unloading my freight at my house and was very respectful. They called me the day before, we scheduled the appointment and he arrived right on time!
The driver showed up two hours ahead of the stated window of time for delivery. She then refused to put my large delivery in my garage. She was on her phone, the entire time and incredibly rude. Employees like this ruin the reputation for the entire company.
They called Thursday 13 April and advised the driver would deliver after noon on Friday 14 April.....well it's now 6:55 p.m. and no delivery - no answer at the Charlotte office & I've kept my warehouse open all day awaiting this critical delivery...DON'T SHIP ANYTHING WITH AAA COOPER - waste of time and eliminate the frustration call anyone else - this is the third time this same thing has happened. No one cares!
This is the worst company ever and it’s sad because it sounds as though it’s black owned. They miss appointments and have zero level of customer service. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT do business with them.
The dispatcher was very uncaring if he picked up my 18 cartons of textbooks. Shipment stayed on my dock for 3-days until I got another company to pick it up. The other company came just a few hours after my call.
Also, calls to this company are very unprofessional.
This business scheduled an appointment with me and did not show up. They didn’t call to let me know they weren’t coming either. I rescheduled the following day for the same time window and again they failed to show up. I have now scheduled a 3rd appointment, hoping they show up this time…
