My son and I used AA United Cab for the first time yesterday. We had to have 3 different pick ups and drop offs. Our phone calls were answered promptly and our cabs arrived quickly. The drivers were very nice. They were pretty busy with lots of phone calls coming in for pick ups and I could hear that they were working hard to get to the people as quick as they could.I was very impressed with the service and will be using AA United Cab a lot in the future. Thank you.
Maybe the bad reviews are the only ones reflected, but I flew in for an interview at Walmart and with no Uber or Lyft working properly at 9.30 am, this place saved me. The cab came in 10 mins and since I didn't have any cash, they also let me withdraw some money at an ATM. Thank you.
Got me to work when I needed them too, In a way it seemed like they took extra turns and things to get a better price but I can understand that in a way. Would use again most likely.
Called 8 times... They answered 3. Within the city limits of Shelby, NC. "They'll be there to pick you up within 20 minutes," says the unprofessional garbage on the phone. Waited outside, in 29 degree weather, for 3.5 hours! No return call. No truth! No business ethics! Just LIES! This is the 3rd, and last, Abysmal and Substandard experience I will ever have to endure with this business failures! By far, the worst treatment I have ever had with ANY Company in Cleveland County! I have lived and wo rked here for over 50 years! BEWARE!!
So I call and arrange for a cab, little did I know they weren't sending one. Then why would she say one was otw? Maybe she'll drink a gallon of Clorox and eat a few more crayons.... ! Only waited a hour and a half
I called a cab around 9:30 waited a whole hour and no one ever came or returned a phone call !!! This cab company truly is rude and so unprofessional!!!!
Get a better and more professional team. When I call to make arrangements for a taxi to pick me up the dispatcher was very rude and kept talking over me. And when I called back to ask her if she could call me to let me know when the taxi was arriving she screamed at me telling me I have to wait because there was no drivers available before I could even get the question out! UNPROFFESIAL! I'm highly disappointed I give two big ????????
The absolutely worse cab company in the world. Very rude person that answered my call we waited over an hour and still no cab. My 3 kids and I will never use them.
