To have your transmission fail suddenly and catastrophically is distressing, to put it mildly.
When mine failed in my 13 year old-otherwise-in-outstanding condition car, I really feared the worst.
I was quoted crazy high numbers to fix/replace the transmission from the garage that did all all of the general maintenance for many years, so I towed the car home and chewed on it.
AA Transmission was recommended to me by my friend’s mechanic so I decided to have the car towed there and I hoped it could be saved without being economically unfeasible.
This shop’s outstanding customer service, very good turn around time and a straight forward, and very reasonable, fair price exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t more satisfied.
Mostly, the quality of the work was exceptional. My car runs as if it were new.
I would not hesitate to bring my car or any future cars I will have to Tony, also for other services they offer.
I was referred here from my favorite mechanic in Canton fastlane to have some work done on my car that was kind of above their capabilities and I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly friendly and helpful they were. Although they were booked for about a month and couldn't take me right away they went through the effort of finding someone who could and calling them personally to let them know about the situation with my vehicle. This kind of customer service goes above and beyond and I am so pleased to have met them and will definitely be using them if I need them in the future.
Tony is a of a kind! Excellent service at a fair price. He and his staff run a great business. From full transmission work to oil changes, he's done it all for me. I can't recommend him high enough.
Hands down the BEST shop I’ve ever taken any vehicle to. Not only do they actually tell you what was wrong, and how they’re going to fix it, they inform you on any potential problems, THAT MATTER.
This is my second time here (my car is annoying) and they took care of my car quickly and extremely well. They actually repaired an issue a previous shop broke originally. They are great, simple as that.
