One of the worse experiences i ever went through. From the door what shouldve been said is i do not cater to your hair type. My hair is still puffy and she didn’t care the sentence that was told to me was “i need to get my son ready for school”. I told her she was not getting the root of my hair and my will poof up very fast! She thought by giving me 10-15 dollars off the service was going to be better when I did not care about the money i just wanted my hair to look right! The worse part about it was she discriminated me by locking the doors as if i was going to run out the salon without paying because of my skin color! Safe to say i am very unhappy and will never be returning. Another sentence that was said “ we do not need to flat iron the root for our customer” and if you can find a hairstylist to do that show me

Two years ago during my first visit here, a young woman cut my hair and I was very pleased with the results. I don't do anything fancy, just long layers and blow dried.
My second visit was not good. A gentleman came up to the chair and asked me how I wanted it cut. I told him long layers. He had no idea what that meant. THIS should've been my first sign to run far away and walk out. But me being the passive person I am, I sat there while he talked back and forth in Chinese with two other ladies explaining to him how to do long layers.
Ya know the saying, fake it til you make it? Welp that's exactly what he did. It SEEMED like he knew what he was doing. The lady who blow dried it did a nice job so it looked ok when I walked out. You don't really get a good feel of how your haircut is until after the first wash and dry. It is terrible. I cannot wait for my hair to grow back and cut it somewhere else.
You get what you pay for I guess. Never again.
Discovered this salon about a month ago and I LOVE it! A wash & blow out for only $20!? Sign me up! And for just $3 more, they'll do curls. I'm obsessed with this place!
I have been coming here for 8 years and always had a good experience. When it comes to blow outs Tina and her staff are great. I went to get my haircut and blown out on Friday. I told Tina the owner exactly what I wanted showed her a pic and she cut my hair way too short. It’s a bob now and I wanted it shoulder length. I was very upset and she saw it. After she blew it out it looked nice but definitely not what I wanted. This is the second time she cut my hair and did what she wanted. I will never have her cut my hair again. I might have her blow out my hair but that’s it. I know it’s only hair and it will grow out but I have thin hair to begin with. Very disappointed. Be careful. Now I have to wait a few months before my hair starts growing out. I can’t even pull it back into a little ponytail.

Inexpensive people are great. Great however time on my hair.
They straightened my daughter's ridiculously thick and curly hair in under an hour. No one has done that before. They got it straighter than straight, if that's even a thing. Lol. Amazing job. Nice and friendly. Great price. There were multiple people coming in and going out super fast while we were there and they all left happy.
P.S. they spend a good amount of time on shampooing and massaging your scalp. Who doesnt love that??
Had a hot oil treatment done today and the gentleman that did it did a great job. Unfortunately when I went to leave, the person who I paid didn't let me leave until she confirmed with him first that I tipped him. Very rude. Won't be going back there again.
