I will forever recommend this shuttle service to all my clients!! I am a travel agent and hands down this is the best service out there.

Chris was our driver and he’s is the absolute best!! Our flight got delayed and he was there waiting on us!!

Also I want to add I had lost my wallet in his van and it was hand delivered to me without a dime missing!! This is a honest company and I 100% trust them!! Not a lot of people would return a wallet with the money still in it.

He provided excellent service on short notice. Our original ride cancelled and we had a flight to catch so we were panicking. We called at 6am and woke him up but he came and got us there on time!

Excellent service and prompt. Our driver Retha was very courteous. We arrived at our destination in ample time safely. I highly recommend this service.

This company was a life savior! The wiener personally picked us up at 11:50pm from the airport after waiting for an already paid service at 2 birds shuttle and detail for 2 hours at shuttle pick up!!! When we arrived at 2 birds, He waited for us to be let in the parking lot where our vehicle was locked up. My husband was very upset with the gentleman who claims his name is ‘nick’ ( driver for 2 birds) bc we found him sleeping in the van! This turned into a ruckus quickly as we had our 10 yr old and 5 year old in the dark lot and the gentleman refused to let our vehicle out until we paid him an extra $40 for ‘after hours’ (which one sign says 12am and mother says 1 am) when my husband and I told the man we would be getting our vehicle one way or another. He laughed. My kids were scared and crying and the driver for A1 stayed to help and be a witness. The altercation turned physical when ‘nick’ punched my husband catching him off guard, in his jaw landing him on his back. My husband got up and told him to do it again. There was an officer close by but didn’t hear the altercation until my husband walked over to the officers car to inform him of the situation. A report was filed. There were cameras and the police allowed us to press charges against the gentleman.

Our A1 driver(owner) stayed with me and my children for 2 hours!!!! While the police conducted the investigation. This company prefers that you make travel arrangements ahead of time, but once we called and told him that we were stranded at the airport by 2 birds, he got out of bed himself to come help us out instead of calling any employees to come out because we would’ve had to wait another hour if so. This act proves that he has compassion for anyone, including his staff! And he charged less than 2 birds did for our shuttle service to the airport!

SUPERB Customer Service! Not only did Chris arrive right on time, put my luggage in the back, and opened the door for me (I love the "classic service" that seems so hard to get nowadays) but he had all of my flight information, confirmed that I had arrived on my return flight (which he tracks on Flight Aware so he knows if the plane has been delayed and when it lands), and called to confirm what arrival door I was at. Great conversationalist, polite, prompt, and has excellent fares. I booked a Round Trip ride for my recent flight and will be booking my next 4 flights ASAP.

I had a scheduled late flight coming in to CLE and needed a ride to a nearby hotel as the rental car center would already be closed. As it goes, the flight was delayed multiple times, and my arrival time was pushed 90 minutes later than planned. A1 worked with me through every delay and quickly got me to my hotel for some much needed rest. It was very reassuring to know someone was waiting in the middle of the night when I needed them.
