I ordered my bacon double cheeseburger with no tomato no pickle. I got pickles on the burger. I had to throw it out because I am allergic to pickles. The fries were thrown in the bag up side down so they were all over the bottom of the bag. I asked for no ice and got ice in my drink. I asked for ketchup but there was none in the bag. There was also no straw Not sure if I will be back. I am very disappointed because this has never happened before. When a manager sees this a refund for the double cheeseburger I couldn't eat would be appreciated.
The drive thru service today was terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger and cheese curds. At least 5 other vehicles left with nothing due to the long wait. When the order finally came out it was wrong. Waited another 20 minutes even though no one was there. I love the cheese curds but I won't be coming back. After reading the reviews, this is a pattern. They really need to get it together.
When ordering thought the drive through an older gentleman took my order and took care of me at the window. The burger with modifications came how I wanted it, but I asked for both of my meals to be large and received only one as large. He was short with me and honestly seemed to hate his job. Not the kind of attitude I want to receive when getting food I usually enjoy whole heartedly.
In the drive thru, there were a few things messed up. I ordered a water and got a sprite. I then ordered a root beer with the cheeseburger and never got that. They were rude grabbing it for us. I also ordered ketchup, never received which I had to run in and get it. When we opened up the bag my fries were spilled upside down. Only put 1 star because I can’t go any lower.
Love the chicken tenders and cheese curds. They have upbeat oldies playing on the speakers! I wish they would give you a token in the kids meal for the free ice cream, because otherwise you have no proof that you get one. The root beer ice cream is awesome. If you go through the drive thru with a big order, be sure to double check if you got everything. They also have outdoor seating available as well as car service.
For a small place it was nice for what it was, food was quick and Team Members were nice and helpful. First time going here, that wasn't combined with Taco Bell or a gas station. Food wasn't badly priced either. Best part is you can buy a gallon of A&W.
They are shady about coupon use. Be sure to be crystal clear about it and hand it over before you even hand them any money. Also be very very careful pulling away from the drive-thru window. There seems to be traffic driving right next to you and you have to check for it before you even pull away from the window.
I am very disappointed in this restaurant. I am a Type 1 Diabetic on an insulin pump of 40 years. This is the second restaurant I went to of A&W where they gave me a regular root beer float when I pacifically asked for a diet root beer float all she offered me was a refund on my root beer float said she was sorry she had somebody in training. They could kill me. I have been a diabetic over 40 years. I will be in a hospital today and this is unacceptable and ridiculous. I am about to sue them.
