I don't recommend going here for a number of reasons if you can help it. The wait was excessive, they got my order wrong, the place was filthy even though it was slow and 3 workers were hanging out in a booth, and they don't unstack the chairs to prevent people from using anything but the booths that they don't clean. Photos were taken on a Sunday before 5 pm. Additionally, one worker was yelling into his phone on speaker. Oh, and it was overpriced. Just avoid this place man.
Bought a couple of half gallons of Root Beer. Had lunch and one bag had leaked half about 1/2 out. Went back as my wife was complaining. We went back and she said that she got attitude from the Servers. I did not go in. She filled both half gallon bags and by the time we got home, one had leaked about 1/2 again. She said that she will not go back to that store again.
Do not go here stay as far away as possible this location is a black eye to the a&w name. Our food was a Completely a mess 1st the wrapper on my burger was ripped in more the one place as Well as saturated in grease the burger was a total mess a monkey could do better I'm sure the fries must have been made over an hour ago they were absolutely disgusting nasty nasty my dog won't even eat them and as for the root beer float no ice cream at all I mean maybe a half scoop, if that. the pop was flat and warm how do you get warm root beer when it's supposed to be ROOT BEER FLOAT AND On top of it all we had nobody ahead of us yet we waited 12 min from the time we placed the order this place is an embarrassment to the A&W NAME THEY NEED TO FIX THIS HOWEVER I THINK IT MUCH TO LATE WE WILL NEVER EVER NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND THAT'S A CRYING SHAME I hope they right this wrong i'v never had this bad of an experience ever with a fast food establishment and I have had a few whoppers this takes the cake it's a sad day for a&w this place could spell the end for them if not corrected stay away
The folks here made it worth it. They were very friendly, cordial, and the service was outstanding. The service industry needs more workers like the ones I encountered here.
Haven’t seen a A&W in ages . Had to stop in and get a quick bite. Zesty fries, 10 pc CornDog Nuggets and a root beer …. $ 7.90. (In todays world this is a steal). Place was clean , quiet and people were friendly . If I were staying longer I’d be back
Is the A&W Root Beer ("made fresh") supposed to taste like Envelope seal? - Update: (the next day) I woke up at 4 am & vomited. I had the 3 piece. 3 pieces of chicken, a biscuit, a small coleslaw. One of the pieces of chicken seemed lighter in color and was very squishy, so I didn't eat MUCH of that piece, however, oops.
The star I gave is for the hot fries. The staff was rude. Lobby dining area was filthy . Messed up my burger twice .and no manager.
Doing uber eats and never been to such a avoident rude fast food restaurant ever
