I've used A&W for many years, on many cars, both new and old. Robert is honest and professional, and a very good mechanic. Michelle, in the office is a pleasure to work with.
My family and I have for over a decade have had all of our maintenance & repairs at A&W. They have the best reputation and I can assure you that Rob & Michelle are very fair and are the nicest people. I would gladly send anyone there and have confidence they would receive quality rarely seen these days. Michelle & Rob thank you for everything.
My first experience at A&W Automotive was awesome. My car broke down on the way to A&W, and Rob stopped by and gave me some advice on the tow that saved my car from serious damage from the tow truck. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. Rob & Michelle are the nicest people, and we will definitely use them again. Shop local and support your neighbors!
Their prices are reasonable, they seem to be honest...sometimes telling you that work does not need to be done...and they know their stuff. And if they get it wrong they will make good. I also like the unusual hours...Michelle opens at 9 and can schedule work and provide good information, and the mechanical work starts a little later but often goes on until 9 or 10 at night. This makes it very convenient to pick up or drop off your vehicle and to talk to the mechanic.
My wife and I have been having our cars serviced with A&W for over two decades. Gotta be honest, I saw the one star "Honest Review" and I couldn't disagree more. Yeah, the waiting area isn't a full service coffee shop with popcorn and smoothies to make your wait pleasant like the Ford Dealership. I've made the mistake of using the fancy dealerships, and that is where you really get worked over. Rob and Michelle are the most kind, honest and reasonable people. I've had my F-150 engine rebuilt and been charged a fraction of what Rob put into it. I've had them tell me what I don't need. When we got our son's Special Needs E-250 Ford van with an under-vehicle wheelchair lift, Rob was about the only guy willing to take the time to work around it. When I call them, it's like family. "Hi Jeff! When do you want to come in? How's the family?" Rob's never around in the morning but works until 10pm. My bills are hand-written by Michelle. They ask me what kind of tires I'd like this time around and do all the research to find just the right fit. I always just leave my car there, I don't have time to wait, honestly. And I love the whole experience. So if you are looking for a spa treatment while you get your car fixed, have fun at the dealership. If you want to go to sleep at night knowing you've got the coolest folks ever taking care of your car, go to A&W. Thank you, Rob and Michelle! You're the best!
Robert and Michelle are among the last honest mechanics left on the planet. They’re terrific people and do great work. I will never go to anyone else.

Rob and Michelle are great! Honest, very hard working, and will never mislead or do unnecessary work. Rob will even fix the stuff the other guys messed up.
And they love dogs, so really, need I say more?
They took my car for 3 days and charged over $800 to "fix" it. The car didn't even make it 30 miles before the problem returned...with a few extra problems as well. The shop is also EXTREMELY messy and unprofessional looking...I should have paid attention to the red flags that was throwing up. A&W is just as shady as it looks. DO NOT GO THERE!
I made this account just so I could write this review. That's how horrible this place is. Don't waste your $$$ here.
