Watch out for your ears. After having the worst haircut of my life the day before Easter. The lady purposely chaved off a huge hunk of hair behind my eat cause I asked her if she was Catholic. She's super rude and still made me pay. Never going again her, no apologies, no, nothing

Very rude no customer service -- my brother had just died so my mom and I went there to have our hair done then realized I forgot my cell phone at home having charged it after several calls and texts drained the battery. Asked if I can use their phone so I can call my husband who was on his way for his haircut too. Owner said make sure it's a local call so I explained that I don't have any other phone number on me because I forgot my phone at home. She grabbed the phone out of my hand saying she needed the phone. I thought she needed it to call somebody but she just put the phone back on its rack! My whole family has gone there for years and for her to treat me like that is unacceptable. This place have several rude women working there choosing who they want to work on and speaking in Vietnamese in front of non speakers and adding charges that customers don't want. I go there because it is the closest to my house but I am not going back.
The people working here DO NOT know how to do nails. If you ask them "do you know how to do gel nails?" They will LIE TO YOUR FACE and say they do! I knew I should've questioned the woman that "helped me" because she acted like she wasn't sure what she was doing. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I let her proceed. After she "painted" them, she said "Uh-oh, I am wrong." I asked her "What did you mean by that? Is everything okay?" "Oh yes, everything is fine." She kept gazing out the window like there was something wrong. She put each of my hands under a UV light numerous times while she cut a man's hair. I went back after the nails started chipping off within a few days. Helen, the manager, said "I can't give you your money back, you have to come back when the girl is here so I can show her the work she did and then have my sister fix it for you." I said, "I don't live around her and can't come back anytime soon." I said I would try to come back but I got really sick. Helen told me she wanted to make me happy and wanted my business. Would this have made you happy? Bunch of liars and thieves!!!!!
Inexpensive and fast place to get a haircut for men. Got haircut for my 2 kids for just $10 each. The haircuts were done relatively quickly.. in like 10 min (short haircuts). I would come back here again.
Helen is a very good stylist. Nice atmosphere. Usually no wait but appointments appreciated
It was awful If I could I wouldn't give any stars, the lady who did my toes wouldn't let me pick a color for toes right away, the water was super ice cold, and then she was so aggressive with my feet and legs, and then telling me no later you pick color later, and then the woman who did my nails did them awful had to go somewhere else and have them fix them up not even what I wanted.... and then some other lady wouldn't leave me alone about my eyebrows saying I needed them done it's like lady leave me alone about my eyebrows..... and then when I paid she was looking at my change like I was going to tip them, nope put my money away and walked out never coming here again, and it was a nasty and dirty place they need the state Board on oscha in there
