They are expensive but I guess customer service was ok they just need to learn to Also listening to your customers is apart of having a good experience
I love coming here. The technician is always helpful. He takes time to educate me about my car. He suggests services needed but is not pushy, so I don't feel like he's trying to get extra money out of me. I'll always go here. # dependable# greatservice#Honest dude.
Good people, questionable service. Was once a long time customer but most recent service caused a problem that was not there before I took my car in for oil change.
The service was horrible. I paid $250 for brakes pads and rotors and literally 3 days later my brake were loud and grinding. I took my car back up there they tried to act as if there was nothing wrong. I have to pay someone over again to fix what was supposed to already be fixed. I will be reporting them to the Secretary of State.
Price is good service is good check your owner's manual to find out how many quarts you actually need these guys are pretty cool but it seems like they try to sell you an extra quart of oil which actually you do not need in my opinion but check your owner's manual most cars do not take 6 quarts that I'm aware of
