Being a first time customer, I was impressed with the professional, technical & timely service. On my arrival, Andrew, provided me with detailed information regarding the specific tires for my Porsche. Keep up the excellent work!
I have been going to A to Z Automotive for the past couple of years and highly recommend them. I accidentally found them because I needed new tires, and because they were so accommodating and reasonably priced I began taking my car in for oil changes and servicing.
Also, whenever I have had a sudden car problem, they have always had me bring the car in immediately, took a look at it and if possible resolved the problem immediately or scheduled it for servicing right away. Because of this reliability and their good automotive work, I have recommended my family members to them as well. They have also had good service with reasonable pricing.
An added benefit with this company is that, although the owners are relatively young, they grew up as car enthusiasts so their knowledge is well developed due to their long time interest and personal experience with rebuilding engines etc. At one point my daughter was thinking of purchasing a new car and whatever make/model we asked them about they could explain the pros and cons about it in detail.
My experience has been that I have never had to wait long to schedule any car repairs, the owners are friendly, accommodating, and professional.
Without question the only place I trust. From a simple new battery and fluid change to a complicated insurance claim with door, glass, radio and tailgate replacement and my power steering system. These boys are above reproach when it comes to professional service. I live in Orange County and have plenty of closer options, and I will only bring my vehicles here.
I highly recommend A to Z Automotive for their experienced, professional and competitively priced automotive work. Owners Andrew and Emanoel treat each customers project uniquely and are very thorough with their assessment and execution of their work. I went to them a week ago for a quote to install a 2” lift kit, under carriage armor and a possible alignment. I had done allot of research on lifting Foresters for enhanced off road capability prior to meeting them. So when Andrew interviewed me regarding my needs and vision for my vehicle, I had very clear answers and understanding of the issues involved. He asked me to wait a day for his proposal while he researched lift kit options for my car. Their proposal included a well considered recommendation for my vehicle, along with estimates for parts and labor. They executed the work on time and for the cost quoted. I am completely satisfied with their work and love the enhancements they did. Emanoel’s alignment for my car was actually better than the one I had when I had bought the car from the dealer! I enthusiastically recommend them without reservation.
A to Z automotive truly does everything from A to Z. Andrew and Emm are both extremely knowledgeable in just about anything related to cars. If they do not know something exactly, they will tell you. It’s rare to find a one stop shop for your car, and it’s next to impossible to find a one stop shop that is owned and operated by honest, trustworthy people.
I will never take my cars anywhere else.
For context, I have a 2014 Toyota Camry that had been severely neglected for a couple of years. A laundry list of problems ranging from engine stalling to AC issues, and electrical problems due to DIY modifications.
They have my Camry running brand new again and have helped with installing all of the OEM purchased replacement parts, engine and body, to bring the car back to its current value.
