I took my car to this shop to repair a door that does not open. I was asked to drop the car and leave, that they will call me when it is done. They called me after some hours that the car has been fixed. I came and was asked to pay 80$ which I paid before collecting my key. I got to the car and found out that the car was not fixed. At this point, they asked me to leave it there over night.
They called the second day that the car has been fixed and on getting there, I saw a tape on the door opener inside. He said that the door can open now but I can’t lock it, once I lock it, it will not open again.
So he collected 80$ just to put a tape on the lock to prevent that door from locking. I told him that the problem has not been fixed as I cannot leave my car without locking it and he threatened me to leave his office.
I am calling on him to return my money or fix the car. If it needs part replacement, I will pay for part replacement but the bottom line is that the car has to be fixed since he has collected money.
Please I call on the public to beware of this auto repairer as he is aggressive. He collects money without doing the work. And threatens customer.
