Rode successfully with this service so booked a ride to an important doctor's appointment several days in advance, only to have them not show, answer calls or call. I called for an explanation, wife said Steve would call, never called. Cannot be trusted to show. Back to Urber.
Driver got to us quick, was very nice, and got us to our drop off location quickly and safely, and he tried to lower our price to $12 to be nice but we just gave him a $20 for helping us out. Thank you so much!!!
I had a very early morning flight and Desiree was not only on time but kind and communicative throughout our interactions. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Grants Pass area to contact Desiree if you're in need of a ride! A++
My 3:30 AM ride was right on time, Desiree was very personable and got me safely to the airport at a fair price.

I called frantic after calling around trying to get a ride ASAP to the airport. My company needed me to fill in as a conference right away. Desiree answered then after I finish rambling on she very politely said ,
We would be happy to assist you with getting you to the airport on time.
. Desiree showed up at my house 10 minutes early. On the way to the airport we just gabbed and she had me laughing. I forgot all about the stress of the trip and was able to relax. I will be calling and requesting her to give me a ride home when I get back from this trip. She's a fun person and was very caring. Thank

Driver was super creepy. Didn't feel safe being in the vehicle with him.
NO SHOW FOR RESERVATION TO THE AIRPORT.
I confirmed a reservation for a 4:15am pick up via phone and text the night before. I received a text “see you first thing in the morning” and a quote for $75. At 4:20 I started calling and went straight to voicemail and no response to text. I drove myself to the airport. 4 hours later and I still haven’t heard back.
Recent reviews were good, but I read old reviews that said this happened to others so I was prepared this might happen. I’m grateful I didn’t 100% rely on them.
Friendly, on time, reasonable. I had the pleasure of riding with both drivers. Will definitely use their service again.
