DONT COME HERE OWNER IS VERY MANIPULATIVE. I got an abs sensor fixed on my car he tried to charge me an extra 85 dollars to clear the abs light off my dashboard
Went to this place a few months ago for a new tire, customer service was awful from everyone especially the owner. The workers thought it was cool to make jokes about my car and tires. When it was addressed they tried to gaslight it as being concerned about driving it safely…I’ve never laughed at someone while being concerned so it was weird. The owner then yelled at us for “disrespecting” his worker but didn’t care how unprofessional they were being. I was shocked because this is the first time I’ve ever been to an auto shop and it not being a good experience. People come to these places to pay for a service, when I mentioned I’d rather find another place than argue and deal with unnecessary rudeness, they discounted the tire (which they couldn’t even give the price for at first)…but since we moved here and frequent the store across the street we got the tire and left.
I've taken my 2015 Kia Soul in to A & S twice this summer because some idiots have tried to steal it. They've done a great job with the repairs both times, and even vacuumed out the broken glass the last time. The place is no frills, but they got the job done quickly when the insurance-provided shops were saying they were booked weeks out. I'll definitely be taking my car back to A & S, just hopefully not for a busted-open ignition again.
Sam customer service and communication is outstanding. I truly felt as if it was my uncle I called to service my car. Fast, price friendly and accurate. He had my bmw x5 up and running in a blink of an eye. Thanks Sam, there is cement on my feet. I won't be going any where else????????????
Sam the owner pretty cool, AL the sidekick customer service is horrible.had my van towed there he was upset I didn’t ask for permission after he already talked to me about the problem, next he looked at my van an wanted $900 to fix it. I asked what’s wrong he didn’t no he gave me 3 problem options. Since he couldn’t pinpoint the problem I told him I would be getting it towed home.after I paid $85 for nothing he threatened to push my van on the street because tow was taken to long. To sum it up will never go back customer service jus horrible.P.S need more black owned mechanic shops.
The crew here at A&S are nothing short of amazing! Professionalism at its best! Sam and the rest of the crew perform top notch repair at an affordable rate. They take their time in inspecting all vehicles and prioritize the repairs needed. They don't hit you all at once with a huge bill. They make repairs needed immediately and schedule other repairs and maintenance services needed in a timely manner. Great job Sam and crew!
I went in there last month to get in and outer tire rods n I think it was the right control arm. So after driving my car for a week w the steering wheel started shaking real bad that was on a Saturday I couldn’t get in touch with them because it was late Saturday in it’s closed on Sunday so I got in touch with them at 8 o’clock that Monday I end up talking to Sam who is the owner, something said do not call Trippin Keisha and I didn’t I have a warranty he said just bring it in I told him I had to walk 18 blocks home he was nice he took me home and driving my car he said something wasn’t right about the car he got right to it knowing that I had already paid my money he fix my car and pick me back up it took me back to the shop it was a defect in the part he said, now my car driving like a brand new car lol my tire was scraping something and he looked out and fix that for me ???? real nice and I love the fact that when I took my car back up there he called me back just a little over an hour he was done???? oh yeah when I had took my car in there my car was ready the next day that morning but I let them know I gotta be to work I can’t be without a car they got right on so take your car up there!!! I called this service center and asked about the advertisement concerning a vehicle for sale online.
I then made an appointment with the manager to test drive the vehicle and afterward made an earnest money offer to purchase. The manger was very honest and informative, everything about the vehicle was disclosed and I agreed to purchase, the seller was very gracious by reducing the asking price and made the sale possible. I now own the same vehicle and will return to do business with said manger in the future, I have never had a better experience in my entire life, and was treated like royalty by the staff and all the employees. Thank you A&S Auto for making my Christmas merry. God bless you all.
