My mom‘s car axle rod broke on me in the middle of the road and they towed my car in and had it fixed for her! They had it fixed within a couple of days and very happy with it and very happy with the price! These mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable! Very grateful! Thank you!
The guys at this shop are awesome. At a time when its hard to find honest people, they are honest mechanics that will help you solve your car problems and not charge you for unnecessary repairs. That's what I look for in a mechanic. I appreciate that. Thanks.
I was recommended to this shop by a friend and did not have a good experience when I reached out to them. I called to schedule an appointment and the response I received was rude and off putting. I began the conversation by saying "hi, how are you" to which I received the response "I was better until you called." I was shocked and just stated ok, nevermind.
I did receive a call back shortly from a woman stating the previous person thought I was a telemarketer and asking how she could help me. I opted to look elsewhere. Not a great start to any type of business relationship.
I’d avoid it just for the signs fully lining the walls in the office. I stopped looking after the fifth violent, off-putting one I read, and I felt physically unsafe in that space. The quality of the work doesn’t matter at that point.
2 stars for what seems to be a relaxed staff, but Richard has a very know it all kinda attitude & that’s frustrating to listen to when you really just need your car fixed. “Third party” mechanic for autoville, seems like they’ve worked together for awhile considering they all act alike. Remember to BE KIND, the customer is usually right ????
Great service on my muffler. It may be a busy spot which led to frustrated reviews, but that’s because they deliver a lot of value in their pricing and service. The owner/manager Richard seems well-liked with many return customers, including local veterans.

Took my car there to be fixed. Cause a friend recommended them. They were very unprofessional and seem like they were doing too many task at once.. Wasn't happy with the service I received.
My car only made it to my house and it's not been running since. So now I'm going to put back in another shop for more repairs. I have an interlock device on my car. This mechanic didn't follow proper instructions to work on the vehicle. He cost me money for volition that Wasn't my fault. I won't bring my business to this mechanic.
