I have always brought my cars since 2003, I have never had a problem fast friendly service reliable my entire family uses A+
So very interesting. From what I can tell it seems like a good shop. Unfortunately I must have caught Richard on a bad day. Last week 10/15/20 he said he could repair my issue with my truck with a minimum charge of 3 hrs. and today he simply said...."sorry I can do that" and literally hung on me. I'm a business owner of 18 years and I would never simply just hang up on a client. Not ok : (
Richard does great work and continues to surprise me with how reliable and quick of work he does, my car has a check engine light and needed it’s breaks done,and he gets it fixed n less than 3 hours. I Couldn’t understand how he does it all by himself,if he does.
I came in with four bad rotors and an AC unit that needed Freon. Richard took care of me well !! I was impressed with the quality of parts, work AND the short time it took to get it done. Cost of Labor was both Reasonable and Affordable.
He does the job, but he's more friendly when he's making more money. It's a 4 because I understand sometimes people are going through things. He's a good guy
