I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from the team at A&P Collision & Towing, and I must say, they went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I called them, it was clear I was dealing with professionals. They were not only responsive but also incredibly understanding of my situation. I called AAA because my car would not start. Ryan came out on this call to help me. Turned out I had done something wrong, not sure what, but it was human error. Ryan gave me help on running the car, keeping it on and then left. I never tipped him because I was in such an anxious state. (I’ve been sick and was on medication so I think this just kicked in). Anyway, Ryan could not have been kinder or more helpful. Thank-you Ryan. I’m mailing the tip I should have given you for all your trouble.

Ryan G responded for my AAA membership this morning.I was stranded.I knew I had a battery or starter problem on my 2018 Ford. He hooked up his devices. My battery is new and running fine but the starter needs a checkup. I was relieved when he showed up. Very kind reassuring and professional. Ryan got got me on my way.
Called AAA. Ryan from A and P Collision came and jumped my 2002 Saturn. It is not the 1st time and I don't think it will be my last. Ryan was extremely professional and gave me detailed information about my battery. He is always very kind.
Sept 2022, called AAA because my 2018 Crosstrek would not start. I waited around a half hour. Ryan from A & P Collision arrived and did a battery diagnostics on my car. The battery was dead and he jump started it and advised us to not shut it off for 2 hours. So, we drove around doing our chores for the day. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. He also was very knowledgeable and gave us some battery tips. Thanks Ryan.
A & P has amazing staff that provides great service and I will recommend them to everyone! I was in a car accident that totaled my car. They towed my car off the highway and were kind and patient with all my questions. I was visibly shaken and overwhelmed by the process and they guided me through everything with compassion and understanding. Tom is a delight to work with and everyone was extremely helpful and honest. They genuinely want to help their customers and don't try to take advantage of you to make a profit. If you want honest, quality service these are your people!
I have been bringing my cars to Ray for 20 years. I know body work and Ray is one of the best in the business. I have had him do work on cars that were almost brand new and his paint work actually looked better than the factory finish on the rest of the vehicle.
Additionaly, he is always fair and honest with his estimates.
For anyone that really takes pride in their car, this us the shop for you.
