If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady at the desk was rude, provided no real help. I just went for a nys inspection, she didn't even ask me anything then basically said go somewhere else, we only do appointments, YET IT DOESNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT APPOINTMENTS ON GOOGLE. DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE OPTION TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The place was empty, I drive a new car, one look at my car and you could tell all I really need is the sticker. Very annoyed that I came here. Do not recommend.
Called to schedule a car inspection and was able to get it sorted the very next day! Very professional and friendly. Great service and very fair pricing.

I had my car repair there several times And each time I got a fair price. The staff was professional and helpful. and each time I had a short wait for a diagnosis.
I went to this establishment for a simple car inspection and based on their 4.6 googling rating thought i would get that level of service, unfortunately I did not. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with an attitude. No how can I help you or what brings you in today. It was did someone tell you to come here, (strike 1)with that type of greeting I should of known this is not going to be a good encounter. Against my better judgement I informed them of what I needed and was told “just wait” (strike 2). I waited about 10 minutes since the inspector was finishing up with another vehicle, I pulled my car in and was immediately told he will not be doing my inspection because of my the tints on the driver and passenger side (strike3). I then informed the inspector that my tints are at the legal limit and stated to him “you had no problem doing the car before me” and then he became very rude, condescending and disrespectful and told me to get out. I went to speak to the front desk and he simply stated he’s the inspector and it’s his choice. My next question to them is what makes me and my car different from the previous car before me. I already knew the answer to that question, it was because I am a women a BLACK women at that and because my car isn’t a “foreign” even though they advertise domestic vehicles as well. This i was my first and last time visiting this establishment again.
I am so glad the owners changed. This place has such great workers and Andrew did an amazing job with diagnostic on my car. I was able to finally have an inspection done on my car and did not have to pay the ridiculous prices the previous owners would’ve tried to charge. Great job on the management change. I definitely recommend this place.
Horrible service. The receptionist is nasty and rude. Disgusting. I will never return and I'll make sure my family doesn't return either learn some manners.
Always take my car here for everything. Very trustworthy hard working people. Never taking my car anywhere else.
