I've used A&M Services twice so far and they have quickly earned my trust as my go to service people for my motorhome. They have fair prices, are honest, and don't oversell. I would have no reservation recommending them to someone in need of RV service or repair. =)
I brought my 5th wheel camper here because the owner had a reputation for being very knowledgeable about Arctic Fox campers. My experience was pretty bad. I paid to have them wash the camper and reseal it. There were still huge chunks of mud on the aluminum rock guard when I left. I paid to have them repack one of the bearings, they left a greasy mess all over the wheel. I paid to have them install a brake controller, they installed the wrong one. I paid them to diagnose my tank sensors, they charged me for thier time looking into it but didn't fix the problem. I paid them to install a battery disconnect, they left the battery bolts finger tight. The workmanship was sloppy.
I was in communication with these folks on a camper they had for sale for 2 days. They confirmed that the camper was available. I asked what I needed to do to secure that the camper was mine. They wrote back and said you just need to to tell us you are sending a check. I wrote back and told them that I was and asked them for a shipping quote. I received an email back saying that they would provide a quote.
They then sold it out from under me. These people are untrustworthy and unethical. BUYER BEWARE
I would leave a no stars but then my review wouldn't be posted. I brought my camper in for repairs. The insurance work was done fair. The owner was not fair. My camper was damaged while it was there. Mark agreed to pay for it. I took him at his word. He strung me along and then when it was done, he refused to pay for it. He said he never agreed to it and I couldn't prove it happened there. He told me if I wanted to take him to court, I should because I couldn't win.
So far my experience has been great. Good group of guys,, that will take out time to explain everything. The owner even took out time on their normal closed day, to work with me, because of my work schedule.
I've been using A & M Services for 3 years now for services with my Class C RV. Their service and staff are top notch! Very happy with the level of work that they do as well as their attention to detail.

On the way home with our recently purchased used travel trailer, the 7-pin connector started acting up. The trailer brakes would work, then stop working - not good. A&M just happened to be on our route, so we called and confirmed that they were open and could fix it. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Everyone we met was super helpful, friendly, and professional. They replaced the faulty connector (had a broken ground), topped of the LP tanks, and had us on our way in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee.
Highly recommended. Wish they were closer to home.
My sister and I are preparing to return to California. We noticed that our Grey Water Tank was leaking and decided we needed it repaired before our trip. A&M was the only RV shop in the area that agreed to look at it and they repaired it while we waited. So glad we found them.
