A guy working for this car service just recklessly drove past us while we were waiting for a light, blocked us off by putting his van almost sideways in front us. Waited for the light to change rolled down his window then spit on my aunts car. When I called to complain they hung up on me. I would avoid taking rides with this company if their drivers are this reckless.
Dispatcher Told me 15 min and I waited almost 25 min. Called back and dispatcher said 2 min and gave me car number but the driver a man in his late 50’s or early ‘60’s was too nervous cannot explain and he got me and mom to our destination ok but his driving was crazy… too fast and gps was alerting of cameras and I did not feel safe with this driver.
Never a car available. Day or night. I work nearby. Never a car. To Brooklyn, Manhattan or airport. They sometimes say to call and other times it is real time booking. Never a car. And they are ambivalent about it.
Horrible dispatcher service. Horrible Liars. I was very late for work because of them! Kept me waiting for 40 minutes - told me the car will be there in 10-12 minutes. I kept called and being told the car is around the corner. 40 minutes later the driver that came said he got the order 5 minutes ago. TERRIBLE LIARS. Don't use this car service!!!
The driver put 2 people in the same car, said there are no other cars available. As we were leaving he put a 3rd person in saying it's on the way. It wasn't, the driver then went and charged each of us the full price! When we tried to explain that when you a few people join in one car you divide the price bet all, he got mad and started cursing us... Terrible experience.
U better speak Russian exspecially nite crew end up heading wrong way on the belt parkway !
The worst Experience ever!!! Not the Drivers Fault but the car service dispatcher guaranteed a car right away and he let me down. I told him im running late to work and will be outside right away. The base is 3 mins away from my house. Only 15 mins later (from placing the call) when i called back and asked what was going on since iv'e been outside my house for a long time did he tell me that the driver will be there in 2/3 mins. Brooklyn is busy with traffic and rush hour is brutal. Thanks to them i was very late to work and let down people who depend on me.
If he told me the truth that it would be 10-15 mins i would not have been upset and asked someone else to come over and take care of the situation for me and called a Different Car Service.
Driver was there on time, friendly, opened the door for me, car was new and super clean. I had to make a stop somewhere before my drop-off location and he had no problem with waiting for me. Overall great service!
