Completely awful service. Kevin O, the manager, had my aunts car for 3 months and the car immediately broke down once she parked it at her house and told her since she drove it off the lot she can’t get her money back. Also, Kevin O, looks to have left himself a 5 star review after someone left him a 1 Star review….
Kevin, owner of A and K automotive stated he was going to put and ABS modular on my car. I went up to his shop repeatedly at least twice a week and he repeatedly told me he has other vehicles ahead, this is after he told me to come at a specific time. He he stated, since I have been there so many times he was not going to charge me. This went on for a month. He then told me to come on Saturday, that he normally be closed, I went and he was not there. I will never refer anyone to him.
Got a recommendation to go to this guy shop From Bucks transmission took my car. I had trouble with the TMC and the transmission not shifting right he called me three hours later and said it was not getting enough so I paid him $160. He said it was fixed about three days later I had to take it back that was on a Thursday. He kept my vehicle till Monday. I just picked it up and it was doing the same thing not shifting well I called him he will not answer the phone. He lied and said he would have it ready and he never came through. Had to stay on him every other day and calling him , my advice to you is not to even give this guy a chance to work on your vehicle. I lost $160.00
I took my car in a month ago and got it back very quickly and it has been running great ever since. Great price and great customer service from Kevin.

Best mechanic shop in the dfw gets you back on the road in a flash very honest mechanic if they can’t fix your ride then it’s time to buy a new car
