AJW is great! I've taken my car there since I bought it for all my services and some performance parts. They always do great work and discuss any issues they find with me so that I can get them corrected. Their prices are great too. Highly recommended for anyone with a Subaru or any other car for that matter!
I couldn't be any happier with all of my experiences with AJW Performance. I have ordered aftermarket parts from them multiple times, using both the online store and by calling them directly. Every time my order shows up correct and on time. The people i spoke with were always very friendly and helpful, and along with that great customer service comes some of the best prices in the industry. I would highly recommend AJW Performance to anyone, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
I highly recommended AJW Performance! They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I originally went to them to install my ISC coilovers that I bought from them. I was so happy with AJW that I now go to them for regular service on my WRX. I will gladly drive a half hour to them when I have a Subaru dealership 10 minutes away. They have answered all of my questions that I've had, and they are very quick with responding. Not only is their service great, but their parts that they sell are great as well!
AJW Performance has exceeded my expectations on every occasion. They are the one and only place I prefer to order my performance parts from for my 2008 WRX. In my opinion, their customer service is as good as it gets. Allen N. at AJW is awesome to work with. He responds to emails usually within minutes, gets the product shipped the same day, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to any of the performance parts they sell. Bottom line, AJW always gives me the best deal possible. Overall this is the best company I've worked with when it comes to aftermarket parts for my vehicle, I've yet to have a bad experience. I contacted AJW Performance a few weeks ago to inquire about modifications to make to my 2012 Subaru STi. With no prior experience in modifying a vehicle, I basically emailed over a list of desires to get out of upgrades with the hope that the shop would be able to offer me some advice.
My first impression of the shop's customer service was when I got a response back almost immediately... (Seriously - this shop is on point with responding to inquiries!) While I was provided with some initial details of where to start, I was also encouraged to set up some time to visit the shop to discuss what I was looking for. (Second impression of their customer service - they are interested in getting to know their customer's wants/needs and are willing to take the time to do so!) After a meeting to discuss the options available, I received an emailed list with details of the mods and quotes on price before I even got home from the meeting (less than an hour!).
My excitement to get the car in the shop and start the upgrades must have been noticeable, because they were able to schedule me for shop time within a few days. I was kept up-to-speed on their progress via email and they were quick to respond to a few last-minute requests from me to add additional items to the list of mods while the car was in their hands.
After owning my car for 3 years, I was definitely getting used to the stock performance - and one of my main goals in modifying was to re-ignite my passion for it. After picking up my car from AJW, I am happy to report that I've fallen in love with my car all over again... Their advice for mods was spot-on and it feels like a brand new (faster, tighter) car.
I would highly recommend AJW Performance based on my experience with them... and I will definitely be heading back when it's time for the next set of mods!
I contacted AJW about getting some brake work done to my 2015 WRX on a Friday morning, by the end of that day they had ordered me pads, rotors, lines, fluid, and a mc brace. They replied quickly to my emails and answered my all my questions, made the process quick and easy. I made an appointment for the following Friday for them to install the components. I arrived to my appointment a little early and they took my car right in and about three hours later the install was complete! They even bedded in the brakes so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The waiting room is comfortable as well and all the employees were very friendly. A great group of Subaru enthusiasts! I will be back for sure when I need any other performance work done to my Subaru!

The team at AJW Performance and ISC Suspensions installed a set of ISC N1 Basic coilovers on my 2008 Subaru Legacy GT.
The workmanship was top notch, and I am super pleased with the quality of the product.
My car feels like I am riding on rails, the handling is so massively improved that I am nearly speechless!
I also purchased an aftermarket stainless steel exhaust system from AJW and installed it myself. I was concerned about having too much noise, and Andrew and Allen recommended a system that I am very happy with. I am currently saving my pennies together for more upgrades, and I will surely be giving AJW and ISC a call when I am ready for more Subaru parts and a big brake kit.
It was a wonderful experience with AJW Performance and ISC Suspension, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I am the new owner of Andrew's 2007 Legacy GT project car that was part of his shop for a few years and I can't say enough about the whole group.
I've been able to contact Andrew and work with him on figuring out the details of this beautiful car he had to part with, and the company has been very helpful with orders for new parts and helping me answer questions about the car in general. I plan to keep helping out AJW Performance and keeping their old project car running like new for many years to come!
