I visited AJ's Bar and grill on Getz Rd for some food and a drink after work. This is a good place for comfort food and a beer. There are lots of games to play and TVs to watch. They have plenty of space for larger parties as well. On to the food! I got the double cheeseburger with all the fixings I think. Pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The burger was huge. A single would have been plenty. It was very good and I would definitely go for another one. I got the breaded mushrooms and although a bit greasy they hit the spot as well. I recommend this place for a casual beer with friends and a burger. My buddy got the jalapeno poppers and thought they were pretty good as well.
It’s not overly loud. Wings are big, fries are good. Just sit, chill, & watch the damn game.
If you get into a conversation on a Friday or Saturday, you can hear yourself think & talk. Bartenders work hard.
Big bar rail = quick drinks not long wait.
Pool tables and darts if you meet a new friend.

Very good food and service. Cheeseburger was really awesome and an unbelievable price. Good to see places like this still exist. Highly recommend
Wings were huge! Ordered a basket of fries that was enough for the entire table. Also ordered breaded mushrooms and it, too, was a more than generous portion. Couldn't believe the prices were as low as they were and the amount of food I received. Service was a little slow which is what kept it at 4 stars.
Friendly bartender. Huge open space with darts, pool tables, etc. Large food selection at great pricing with daily food specials. Grabbed a club for me and a BLT to go. Both tasted great.
Came in after having a long day, went & Karla was the bartender, & she definitely turned my frown into a smile. She is a very nice, courteous bartender, & I appreciate that she is in the building. You guys have a winner! Keep up the good work!!!
Loved this road side dive bar and the local welcoming crowd. Walked in alone, a stranger, foreigner and unknown to all there - and was instantly invited to watch the game together with a bunch of nice and friendly folks. Had a good time!
Love playing pool, however... seems pool leagues are taking over on the only 4 tables that are provided. Was fine on a Sunday evening, but then Wednesdays and Saturdays were taken as well. Ide like to call to check, but then there's no "voicemail" set up! Mmmm...
