I was shopping around for a new auto body repair shop after my last place (Greg's on 3rd) closed a few years back. I had a few dents and went around to a few spots to get estimates. Not to name names, but some of the very reputable places online that I went to gave me absurdly inflated estimates. Alex on the other hand walked me through my options, and gave me multiple routes to take depending on how much I wanted to spend. In all, Alex fixed my car in less than two days, charging less than one fifth of what others estimated. I wholeheartedly recommend A & J - good honest people. Plus they washed my car before I picked it up. Top notch place and hope to support this good business again in the future.

Alex was amazing (shout out to Jerry, too)! I'm sure not all shops love taking on (or will) a motorcycle project such as mine, but Alex did and did an amazing job. We made sure we had the exact color I wanted and did racing stripes on my tank, fairing and seat I made from scratch (and also the front fender), and the bike looks show room ready. Alex and the team were relentless on the fine body work as well as if he took a real personal interest in my project as you would do for your friend. He even made the stripes smooth, not raised, which I said I didn't care about, but he went ahead and did that detail (that my bike friend was impressed by) anyway. After I paid (which stayed within original budget and was a great price), was loaded up and on my way, I sort of bumped into Jerry who wasn't really involved in my project, we had a quick laugh about something, I told him I loved the result, and he gave me a quick look and a smile and said, "yeah, he really went above and beyond on this one." someone shattered my taillight and sped off days before I move 300+ miles away... I called about 7 places that all told me they couldn't order the taillight in time. One told me that I had to put down a deposit before he could even give me an estimated time-frame of when it could be fixed ????
I finally called A&J, and Alex was way nicer than anyone I had talked to. He ordered the part immediately, called me back in a few hours, and fixed it on the spot. It took about 20 minutes and was pretty cheap. They made me feel welcome and comfortable and were very helpful to someone who doesn't know much about cars.
I'm sad that I'm leaving LA, or I would definitely be coming back to A&J! Thank you so much Alex and team for your quick help <3 You saved me!
I have a 2015 Avalon I really care about. The hood had these bird poop stains that a simple polish or paint correction just couldn’t take out after trying everything. So I looked for a body shop and trusted these guys with my car. It came out great! They sanded down, repaired and paint my hood and front bumper and couldn’t be happier.
Alex and Jerry are good guys and give you a good price. I’m going to get my rear bumper and top of trunk done with them too!

My car was injured in an accident, and Alex took me through the agonizing process of getting the estimate to finalizing all the repairs...and he did it with ease and EFFICIENCY. Alex and his business partner were always friendly and pro and both went out of their way to take care of my vehicle. Especially concerning this situation of dealing with car dents and damages-- I'm a fish out of water--I couldn't have gone to a BETTER PLACE!!! They provided EXCELLENT SERVICE along with the peace of mind that me and my car were in GOOD HANDS. A+++++!!!! Plus another A!
