Please focus on cutting hair and don't talk too much about your problems and personal life. People have their own set of problems. When we come here we come to cut our hair only. And don't talk on the phone while you are also cutting hair. And don't make unnecessary rude comments to your customers when they are being polite and patient with you. We are the reason why you stay in business and you are able to eat.
Angie was so nice. She did a great job fixing my hair. I have thick, straight asian hair. My hair was messed up by a different salon. She was nice and listen to what I want and fixed my hair plus thinning.
I have been going to this saloon for haircut since many years and I have always been happy with the result. Angie is very skilled and does her job very efficiently. Plus she charges very reasonably too. Very highly recommended for anyone who wants to get a good haircut at a reasonable price.
It had been a couple of years since I'd been in here, but I decided to stop anyway as I only needed a trim around my neckline and ears and didn't want to pay for a full hair cut at one of the other barbers around.
The place had been rearranged since the last time I was there and some new equipment was present.
One person was in the chair, another was waiting and then me. A few minutes passed and the man in the chair left. The other guy took his seat and the owner/stylist disappeared for 15 minutes. I looked around the corner to see her eating.
I get it, people need to eat, but don't make customers wait. The man finally stood and left then the lady came and got me. I told her I just needed a trim and even ran my hands just a few fingers' width above my ears. She asked me clipper level and I said, "One."
She then proceeded to take that "1" all the way up to my crown. I stopped her and said that's not what I wanted and she said, "Oh," before continuing. Next thing I know I'm nearly razor-bald. I could have done that at home with my own clippers!
She told me I was done but there were numerous places where the remaining hair was not even and I pointed them out where upon she fixed them.
She then asked for full price and I countered with half-price since she did try to fix her mistake. She then yelled at me to go. "Leave!" she yelled.
My only satisfaction was a new customer and his wife came in and when I started on her about FUBAR'ing my hair they left.
Now it's getting cold and I'm back to where I was this summer when I shaved my head.

After showering this morning I noticed even more 'mistakes' in my haircut.
I have had the best experience at this salon i’m not sure why people are leaving bad reviews I understand the business owner being the only person working there not able to have a break to even eat and when she has to take a few minutes to eat so she has energy to cut hair people are complaining she works long hours and still does a great job I think the people here that are making bad reviews are just being spiteful I’ve came to this salon for years now and even if there’s a way it’s worth it this hairdresser is like mama bear she talks and gives good advice she does a great job with my hair All of my family members and friends come here and they understand how the hairdresser is in her personality she is a good hearted person and doesn’t deserve to have these negative reviews and having these people be very spiteful I have witnessed myself a customer that came in ask for something and she did what was asked and cut their hair with the size that they wanted and when she was done they wanted it shorter and complained that she did it wrong unfortunately I was there to witness this and I’m pretty sure a lot of people here saying that she did it wrong was probably the same type of people that did this right in front of my face.
If you ask for something and it’s done you can’t change it up at the end and blame it on the hairdresser that’s just wrong and it’s wrong for you to come and give a negative review when it wasn’t the hairdressers fault if I had a video to prove it I would post it but this is really uncalled for she does a great job and she does exactly what was asked she is great I recommend this place now and always will. Just be patient and understanding and things would be as bad as you think.

Very bad experience, not professional and good customer service, place is very dirty and stinks. She eats and watches you tube all the time while cutting hair. I took my 2 kids there last week, while cutting my younger kid hair she was watching video on her phone. I said no she got mad at me . My older kid , she did not do good job on his hair. She was watching video so she also made wound behind ear because she was busy eating snacks and watching video on her phone. She finished in 5 mins , I asked her to make little bit shorter, than she double charged me . So I paid 3 hair cut for 2 boys. Also she takes only cash and she do not give you receipt . One of the worst salon in America, no customer service, you have to pay for her snack time and movie time . Because she does hair cut + eat snack + you tube time at same time. I hate that lady and place.I Never go there again. Hate this cheater lady for charging me double for 1 hair cut and scratched my son with her scissors.
I really don't know how to rate this place. It's a hole in the wall hard to find busy cluttered shop in a strip mall next to a pawn shop... but the hair cut turned out great and she only charged $10. I guess if asthetics don't matter this deserves a perfect 5 stars.
She is so mean and doesn't know how to talk to the customer and also she feel so superior. she comment me how i dress and also said she hate Korean people that's why she made them to wait longer than other. i recominded not to go this hair salon ever. she have no respect toward people.
