Love the new location! Have been seeing Heather for several years and she's amazing with my pets. My girls aren't upset post grooming and they're always so pretty! The extra touch with the neckerchief is adorable. Highly reccomend. Heather is an accredited groomer, reasonable, great with my animals, kind and timely with grooming services.
We have been A Groomery customers for ten years. Heather and her staff are always excellent. They love animals and do a wonderful job on our dog and long haired cat. I absolutely recommend A Groomery despite my natural tendency to want to keep my favorite businesses a secret!
I wish she would have been more professional. I was looking for a permanent groomer so I called last week and left a message that my dog needed a bath and a blowout. She returned my call yesterday and and told me she has availability friday but she doesn't give discounts for clients that are not her regular customers. I wasn't looking for a discount, my dog doesn't need a cut, nails etc done, he needs a bath. But I was basically told since my dog was shaved three months ago he's probably a mess and it would be 125.00 for a full groom.
I have a long hair domestic cat that needs a shave every once and a while. Heather is skilled, she doesn't just save him bare, but keeps a little length. It's near impossible to find a groomer with the ability to do that

Called this place with a prayer someone would answer this morning. To my relief they picked up. After a week of camping my puppy creek decided to run into a burr bush on our morning walk and had hundreds and hundreds of burrs on him. Without any hesitation this sweet lady said bring him on in and she got him all cleaned up and on his way quicker than most places I have ever taken a pet. He looked great! And burr free! I am so grateful she handled creek with care since this was his first time going to a groomer and was extremely scared. He was handsome and was handed back to us with a cute bow tie. I am so grateful and if I could give 10 stars I would. Love love this place!
This place is highly recommended! If you have a special needs pet than this is the place to go!! My dog is blind, hip issues, and a nervous type dog. They are careful and quick to get the pets done perfectly. They have even been able to suggest the kind of food that did help him. They are loving and care for each pet as if it were there own.
