Highly recommend against this place. Unless you want to spend over an hour getting your haircut, don’t come here. Diane is super uncooperative and stubborn and will not listen to your haircut request, but instead take it upon herself to make you look terrible. She cuts unbelievably slow, and will not hesitate to run a razor right up your head if you tell her to stop cutting. Save your money, time and dignity and go somewhere else. It’s too expensive for the quality of work. I can’t comment about the other stylists, but I highly advise that if you come here do not request Diane. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, I will not be returning.
My husband desperately needed a cut. Beautician cut and trimmed hair and trimmed eyebrows, (also desperately needed). Would certainly go there again.
I took my 6 year old son and I here to get his hair cut and my eye brows waxed. Everyone here was really nice and cedric did an amazing job taking care of both of us and he is such an upbeat person. Will definitely be going back.
Went for all over color, wonderful job and happy the style
Awful experience! Took an hour to cut my husbands hair! He can it at home quicker and most places take 30 minutes or less. 10 minutes after we left, he already had ingrown hairs coming up on his neck and his neck was raw from her repeatedly taking the razor blade over it. We will not be going back.
I have been going to A Great Cut for many years. Diane manages the store and is also a master stylist. She is amazing at listening to clients and following through - the best service! I can’t wait for A Great Cut to reopen!!
Got my hair cut here today and it seemed like a normal cut. I don't ask for anything complicated medium fade with a 1 and trim the top. I forget the stylist but my wife noticed when I got home she did a hack job on the fade and the front was really crooked. Worst haircut I have had in years.
Only been here twice, but really enjoyed the extra attention I received; leave-in conditioner, hot towel, neck massage. All for what I consider a reasonable price.
If you're in rush, may I suggest you try one of the many hair cutting chains instead.
