My niece called this place for me, as I'm not from the area. At first glance ,my thoughts were "you've got to be kidding me". Once inside I was surprised that they were expecting me. I arrived at 9am and was worried what it would cost to repair my car. These Baltimore MD streets are rough on the cars. At 10am I was handed my keys and a charge of less than $50.00. "NEVER JUDGE A MECHANIC BY HIS GARAGE". Thanks guys.❤️????
Welding well done on my Toyota Tacoma
I recommend this shop because they find the problem & fix it. I love that this shop didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, Like an air filter. Very reasonable prices and speedy work. My car was over heating and they fixed it right away. It was my belt and tensioner . Thanks team ????, it's hard to find honest mechanic's.
I brought my truck which needed a major tune up here because it was close to home and I had heard good things and seen they were always busy. They have had my truck for 4 days without a call to update me what’s going on or what work needs to be done. So on the third day I called and spoke with the nice receptionist who said the mechanic had stepped out and would call me back. Still waiting for that call and it’s been 24 hours. I am used to bringing a vehicle somewhere and then hearing from them what is wrong and what needs to be done, and then we either agree or disagree to move forward, but here I have heard nothing. I hope this doesn’t develop into a major problem where I have to take them to court for some reason, but if I do get my truck back and it is running smooth maybe I will rethink my posting. Although, that still doesn’t excuse the lack of communication...
So I called on Wednesday to set up an appointment for Friday. They told me to come in at 9am. I brings my vehicle. They had it the entire day, never did anything. Never answered the phones ???? when I continuously called to check on my vehicle. I show up at 4:20pm and they have the audacity to ask me if I could wait till he finishes eating and he’ll do it now. F.O.H. Meatball. Unprofessionalism. Never again will I come here.
One of my go too mechanic shops for selling your car or more serious repairs, the prices are alright. Overall what makes me bring my cars back is the service, it’s somewhat of a amateur shop but with expert workers who carry a lot of knowledge. Recently I brought them my AMG with A/C electrical issues, not an easy diagnosis or repair but they figured it out reasonably quick.
We have been bringing our cars to Ivan and his team for over 3 years. They are an honest company that does good work. We highly recommend their services.
