Trying to get haircut and called here several times.
Don’t think place is open , phone does not even ring more then 3x
Waste of my lunch time
Yasmine was AMAZING! I did not know quite what I wanted and she gave me the most gorgeous new haircut. LOVE it, loved her. She was professional, patient, fantastically knowledgeable (I asked her a bunch of hair questions), incredibly skilled and really nice on top of all that. So happy! Love my new haircut, loved the experience. Thank you Yasmine. 5 stars is not enough.
PLEASANT SURPRISE
For those of you working in downtown Jacksonville, you should definitely check out A CUT ABOVE SALON for a haircut.
Bottom line, they had everything that I needed:
Convenience. I didn't have an appointment and yet they took me in less than 3 minutes. Also it is centrally located and just a quick walk for anyone who works near The Landing.
Quality. Brian (the owner) has been been cutting hair for 20 years. I am very pleased with the haircut I received (and this was just my first visit!)
Friendly Staff. Brian and his receptionist were also very friendly. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in!
Overall. Very Impressive! I won't be going anywhere else for a haircut from now on!
Renee has been doing my hair for a few years now. She is wonderful and always gives me exactly what I want. A good stylist is hard to find and even harder to make an appointment with, but Renee always goes out of her way to get me in. She's the best!
I have been a client of Robbie for over 7 years, she is always helpful to fit me in with my crazy schedule. She is a true professional and beautiful person. I get a foiled highlight and cut and my color is perfect every time. I make an extra effort to stay with her even though I no longer work downtown. Very talented and makes your feel welcome.
This is your first time I've ever gone to the salon. Carlos gave me the most amazing haircut I've had in a long time. I will be returning. He has a wonderful personality and you can tell he loves what he does.
I have gone to Yasmine for years. She is very reasonable with her prices and always does exactly what I want done. I've even left her and tried out other stylists a couple of times. Each time I came back to her she was very sweet and didn't take it out on my hair at all! She works with my schedule and never complains. Love her!!
Yasmine did a fabulous job with my cut and color. She is a terrific person. Her fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back ......AND I live in SC!
