Not happy at all my husbands first time and the cut was not even close to what he showed and the machine hurt him. He is not a man of complaining so he did not tell the barber how he did not like his haircut

Asked for a fade, the women who cut my hair repeated with confirmation and seem to understood what I asked for as it’s common now a days to ask for it. She just cut my hair short all around…. If you don’t know how to do it. Don’t do it. Now I’m stuck with this. Thanks a lot. Not going here again.
My son just had a cut there, was scheduled with a certain person and they had someone else do the hair cut I don’t know why they have a scheduling app if they are not going to adhere to it. This “barber” didn’t listen to or didn’t understand what kind of haircut was wanted and ended up doing what ever he wanted.Definitely not going back
Great value. Service is beyond exceptional. All stations are fully equipped with professional tools of the trade. Wait times are minimal for walk-ins, and if you call ahead they'll put you down in the waiting queue. I prefer to set up appointments. One of the main reasons I love coming here is the relaxed environment and warm, inviting decor. Even if you have to wait, you don't feel like you're waiting at an unfamiliar location, as you would at a traditional barber shop/salon. Sofas, televisions, and a complimentary drink add the extra touch.
On a side note, I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness that each employee exudes. I've had the opportunity of speaking with the manager, and she took the time to hear some of my thoughts regarding the business. It's nice to know that they work very hard on customer satisfaction.
New to town needed to try a new place, possibly find a new “to-go-to” barber. Place is nice, was recommended.. but wasn’t overall happy with my “haircut” lots of uneven spots, edges were not straight.. she kinda just did what she wanted without asking me. Horrible.
Has outstanding customer service and the barbers are amazing people with amazing skills. Been going for years now and still keeps its five star status. Even now has more benefits like a reward system and even better lounging areas.
