This is a real CLASSY Nail Salon & Spa. I have been going here about 2 years and simply love it. Everyone is so warm and friendly and make you feel relaxed. Lily does my nails perfectly, as I am sometimes hard to please (LOL). She is detailed and will give you whatever design you want. It was my Birthday a couple of days ago, and she did a beautiful animal print design, which I am getting so many compliments! Lily, YOU ARE THE BEST ! Kathy does great Pedicures. She is detailed and doesn't rush you. She performs a really good massage, as well. I also bring my 88 year old Mom, who is Blind but loves to go here, as she always leaves with a smile. I definitely recommend this Nail Salon here in Corona.
I would not recommend. I've been here twice with the same technician Lani honestly it's 50/50. First visit was great gel Mani & Pedi no issues. The second visit was not ideal -poor service rushed job and the gel coating was uneven, different coats of color on each nail and not enough coverage around the tips. I went back to give them an opportunity to correct my nail color and they were extremely rude. Now my nails look worse then before. I was very polite to them and tipped well. I will not be back as a customer. Consistency is important to keep me coming back sorry.
I moved to corona about two years ago and continued to drive to my nail lady in garden grove. I finally decided to try A Classy nail because it's so close to my house. I don't know why I didn't come sooner! Lily is amazing! I love my nails! She always does a great job! I get a lot of compliments from patients at work. I already recommended them to my mom and sister.
I literally live down the street from this nail shop and normally I have an awesome experience! However, on this particular day, May 9, 2023, I made an appointment to come in for a manicure and pedicure for 12:30 PM. I made sure on the phone she understood my urgency of being done before 2 PM so I can pick up My Baby from school. She said it was not a problem…however, when I got to the shop which is literally a one minute drive from my house, I live on Green River, they did not start me to almost 1 PM so I was down by 30 minutes already. I threatened to get up and leave and then she told me my pedi was about to start so I stayed. The lady doing my manicure was argumentative and rude from the very start!!! I explained to her that a few weeks ago when I came in the other young lady told me not to do another fill in…to soak the acrylic off my nails, or a fungus will set up. This lady kept suggesting and giving me an option to get a fill in because I did not want her to cut all of my nails down as they are natural and long. I tried to explain to her you can do both you can soak off the acrylic and any nails that need to be cut or trimmed down can be cut just put a tip on them. She was argumentative and going back-and-forth with me so much to the point I told her to get off my nails, stop! I don’t want you doing my service. She did not apologize. She just got an attitude and walked off. The young lady who was doing my pedicure was very helpful and she apologized on behalf of her. I visit this nail shop literally every two weeks and have been doing so for the past year, but I will not be going back. Her customer service was rude and unacceptable. I own several businesses myself, and I will never allow one of my staff members to argue and go back-and-forth with any customer on any day… I hope the owners see this review and address the situation because they are very kind but they were not there. There were only three women in the nail shop. I left this review because businesses need to understand if customers are not treated well we will not spend our money with you! We will go to somewhere else! There’s 1 million nail shops in the area. I will be heading right back over to Chino Hills where I used to go before I moved around here. Smh…
First timer. Got a gel pedicure and dip gel manicure. Daniel provided great service. Regardless of it being after closing he made sure I was getting the whole experience, lotion massage and warm towels. I am truly grateful for the phenomenal service he provided. I will definitely be returning.
This place is awesome!! The gentlemen that gave me a gel manicure was excellent and my nails came out beautiful. I went Friday afternoon and they were busy. There is another nail salon closer to me that I don't like and I am so happy I went here. I will be returning again in the future.
Nothing but Positive words for the staff here at Classy Nails & Spa very courteous. When you walk out you feel so relaxed just a group of wonderful and caring folks. Thank you!
