Wanted to take my wife but after reading 1st 10 reviews it's certainly clear this place I'd a scam! Wake up people, read the reviews to many of them say the same thing and if you experience any of what they say, leave, damned your money back up front, or sue. South florida is flooded with thilese scammers many,of which don't even have papers to be here
I had a massage here while on vacation. I booked an appointment online and for some reason the owner didn’t get the appointment so I had to call to reschedule to the afternoon. My appointment was for 2pm, not only was the owner 20 minutes (which she claimed to be in traffic) late to my appointment but during my massage the owner and massage therapist ( who actually was very good) were fussing back and forth about having the fan on or off. To make matters worse not only did I pay for the service and tip via Zelle to the owner, she also charged my credit card an additional $50. I’ve left messages and spoke with her, but to date my card hasn’t been reimbursed. I’m having to put in a dispute with my bank. I do not recommend this place at all! It was a complete headache.
My husband & I are on our honeymoon. A horrible experience for the both of us very disappointed with the service. When I spoke to Linda, I asked her several times that my husband & I wanted a couples massage in the same room. She promised us a massage in the sane room. In fact I asked her that wanted a female for & a female for my husband for the massage. We paid $220, she talked more than half the massage. She promised that my husband & I would have an hour each. But we got 10 minutes each & she talked for 50 minutes She only massaged our back. I am used to getting professional massage never had a terrible massage like this. It was really a terrible experience. The facility & Linda is a scam...they rip people off. I definitely don't recommend this place. Very disgusted & disappointed. My husband & I couldn't wait to get out of there. Whatever you do don't go to this place. Thanks to her my husband & I argued the whole time as newly weds because we got scammed.
I hope me and my girlfriend had a fantastic experience and she let us stay for longer than 30 minutes. I feel rested after an hour and a beautiful spa. The staff here is extremely sweet and I can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this place to anybody who does it it was a fantastic time.
Linda was just amazing. She made it so relaxing and beautiful experience.I came for a 30 minutes massage and she gave me 1 hour how kind. Amazing experience fully recommended!.
I booked two foot detox at about 12 pm for a 4 pm appointment today. On our way to the appointment I got concerned about my husband having the detox because he has two knee replacements. I called and ask if this would be a problem. They said yes and tried very hard to substitute another service. He was not interested in anything else. I then really had no way to get to the place which was a 40 minute drive. They had not screened me when I called to make the appointment. If they had I would not have booked the appointments. They refused to provide a refund for one (mine) of the two appointments sighting their 24 hr cancelation policy. From my perspective they were remiss in not pre-screening us and I am due a full refund. 1/17/23 Update they have not charged me for either appointment so I upgraded them to two stars.
I really don't like to leave negative reviews because one person's experience isn't always reflective of an entire business, but I've never experienced a massage session that comes close to this and I don't want other people to make the same mistake my husband and I did. I genuinely thought I was being punk'd.
Linda the owner was very pleasant upon arrival, asked us many questions and offered many different treatments. My husband asked for hot stone massages (as when we booked, we just selected a time for a 90 minute massage - there wasn't a follow up to ask what type of massage, though she had many upsells like parrafin and cbd ready when we arrived). She said hot stones weren't available because they needed time to heat up.
15 minutes after our scheduled appt time, we get started. I was led to a room with a few computers and a dresser, with a massage table in the middle. There was what sounded like an audio book playing that was then switched to loud instrumental music, not calming spa music. There were oscillating fans directed at the table, so I was quite cold but assumed they'd be turned off when service started.
Linda started by smearing Lotion on my back (I truly cannot call it a rub or massage because it wasn't), and a few minutes in asked me if I was warm because she was hot. She said she was leaving the room to get water and came back with two warm wash cloths that she laid on my back until they were no longer warm, then wiped the Lotion off my back and rubbed the cold towels on my legs and feet.
She resumed the Lotion smearing for the next hour plus, and made conversation (somewhat inappropriate) the entire time. I was unable to relax at any point during the massage because I was answering questions and feeling more stressed about the "massage" than anything else. She has long acrylic nails that she uses to tickle your skin often which is not a practice ive ever seen during a massage session. Throughout her conversation she mentioned many different services and attempted to upsell me to come every two weeks for her great massage, because I have degenerative discs. There was nothing performed during this time that was of any benefit to my condition, in fact I left with a headache and feeling more stressed than when I got there.
When I told her we found her on Google and that we owned a digital marketing firm, she said she wanted to barter services so I could show her the ropes and she could give me the great massages I needed.
My husband informed me that we were charged $390 dollars for our 90 minute massages (which included a eucalyptus oil add on, that really just made the room smell good), and he didn't even get a full massage. His massage therapist left early to pick up her child so he was transferred to a hydromassage, which he said was a waterbed with jets inside that was loud and uncomfortable, he turned it off early.
I wish that I could say I'm making any of this up, I genuinely do. But this was our unfortunate experience at this spa. Linda is a nice enough person but I would not recommend this business.
I was just going to skip leaving a review but this place is so gross I had to. I didn't know that when I booked a massage for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday. Now I have to book another to undo the stress this massage gave her.
For starters, the prices on her website are 100% inaccurate and the entire time, she tried to upsell you. Paraffin glove this, CBD gummy that, essential oil add on, the list goes on..... but hot stones? nope... she didn't have any that were hot.
The massage we received, which she denied our request for a deep tissue massage, was a hot towel massage where they just placed a very temporarily warm towel on your back until it turned Ice cold. Just in time for the owner, Linda, to walk into the massage room to tell me that the masseuse performing my massage was not going to be able to complete the entire massage as "she needed to go home at 5 and we started late." This could've been avoided if she didn't talk for the first 20 minutes when we got there about everything and anything we did not care about. Do you think she said, "no worries, we'll refund you the overinflated 30 minutes I charged."? no. instead, she said "we'll do your final 30 minutes in the hydro massage." (video would not upload)
The hydro massage is a "waterbed" with pressure washers on the inside, located in the fat loss pod and weave room. Super not relaxing.
