I've been going here for years (even prior to the name change), I recently moved, but I was back in town for an appointment. I got a flat as I was getting into town. I called, told them the issue, and gave them my tire size. When I got there, the tire was ready, and they were waiting on me. The longest part was waiting on AAA to get to me.

AAA needs to add A Better Way to their towing contractor list.

I had a poor experience here.Prople try to talk rude and condescending on the phone and they will rip you off.Predatory towing with the police.I am going to make a complaint with the bbb and other bureaus.Life cost to much without a place ripping you off.Save yourself the trouble do not Go here.

So I made an appointment at 9:30 in the morning.the lady told me it shouldn't take no longer than. A couple hours to do an alignment. I understand they are very busy but that's the reason I set up an appointment tell me why it's 3:00 pm and my car still hasn't even been worked on... called twice about how long and process ect. All they could say is just a few more minutes.. very unprofessional and apparently unorganized I feel like u should have been notifies about wait especially since it's been 6 hours

Extremely rude on the phone. I had a simple request which did not involve business revenue so the rude lady on the phone hung up on me before I could ask the question. I called back to clarify and she was extremely rude. I will never go here for a car repair and I will tell everyone I know in Lagrange to avoid this business.

They fixed my car swiftly never had a problem again.friendly and once it's finished doesn't take all day to call you.

I took my BMW here for a simple oil change. After an hour and three minutes of waiting, the owner comes over and says he finally figured out what the problem is. First off, I had no problem when I arrived! After leaving with no oil change and claiming they balanced and rotated my tires in three minutes which is impossible, my car smells of loud fumes, making a loud noise and the check engine light came on. I went back and the owner was so very disrespectful and was not concerned the least bit about my car and denies doing anything to it. I had it towed to BMW and $2200 later, they messed my car up. They are negligent and the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Several employees have gone on my social media and laughed at the fact that my car is messed up and one even messaged me on Facebook stating what the problem is. Hmmm, wonder how she even knew if they didn’t touch my car. I will be filing a court case if they refuse to pay for repairs.

Had an unfortunate breakdown on I-85. Whitney was very quick to respond, maintained excellent communication on her ETA and was kind enough to offer a ride to the repair shop too! Fantastic conversation, professional and caring. Highly recommended if you need a tow.
