It sucks when unexpected things happen. Unfortunately it happened to a friend of mine who was visiting me and her car wouldn't start when it was time for her to leave. I'm no mechanic, but I heard clicking sounds when she tried to start the vehicle...so I'm assuming it was the alternator (had that happen to me before). I offered to take my friend to Firestone to make an appointment to look at her vehicle, but it needed to be towed. A & B Towing Service was referred to us.

I spoke to Keith who was one of the dispatchers at A & B Towing and very friendly. After explaining the situation he set up an appointment for a tow truck to pick up my friend's vehicle and drop it off at Firestone. We received a very reasonable price for the service and was told we will get a call in the morning to confirm the appointment.

I would just like to say that I did receive the call to confirm the appointment and the driver, who was nice, arrived promptly at the estimated time. The pick up and drop off went smoothly.

Despite the bad reviews written about the company, this experience was pleasant. Will do business again with A & B Towing Service if necessary.

Got my car towed and the driver ran my car into the back of the flatbed . Not knowing the flatbed wasn’t all the way down and crashed my front of my car . Robert the manager said he didn’t do nothing and now I’m left with a car that’s damaged . Poor service terrible company should be shut down .

They can be very busy most of the time but they always find a way to help me and always do a great job!

This towing company was recommended by my mechanic. We've used them twice now, always polite and they answer right away. They are honest about how long it will take them to arrive. Our driver the 2nd time was so nice and friendly, chatting about how he used to live in Hawaii, etc. I would highly recommend them and can't believe the not so good reviews I've read about them? I've had 2 great experiences!

Guy on the phone didn’t have to give attitude when i asked for a tow because my car battery was dead. He’s lucky idk where he was at, i would have confronted him and talked to his manager, if you don’t line your job, just quit.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have used them 3 times, they are always punctual & courteous! Best towing company I have dealt with in a long time!

The worst nightmare is dealing with a flight by night company like this one, they should take this company out of rotation from accidents. Don't understand how Florida doesn't crack down companies that rip off people. There should be an agency that supervise this people and give them guidelines which in this case is none.

Horrible, I left my prescribed reading glasses in the truck & I contacted the towing driver & asked him to give me the location where to pick up my glasses. He ignored my calls & messages. I contacted my auto insurance and let them know about it. I will have to file a complain with the police dept as that is called stealing customer's property.
