Bad bad bad customer services .. criminals , they hold people’s vehicle captive .. they are thirsty for the insurance money . When I tried to pick up my car and and take it to my families body shop , they tried to hide my car and say it’s not there .. and then 10 minutes later they said they already started working on it . And the insurance didn’t even give them permission to start repairs
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone to this garbage of a body shop.
