Absolutely a wonderful experience, so kind, informative, and helpful. I was traveling through the state on a long trip when my car started making an alarming noise. Being near Jefferson, we called John's shop. He took a look at the car immediately, diagnosed the problem, and helped us on our way. So thankful for his help!
Jon is an excellent mechanic. Been taking my vehicles to him since before he opened his own shop, and plan to do so as long as he is still turning wrenches.

Backstory: So my car just died one day going down the road. I WAS DEVASTATED! I thought for sure something horriblly expensive had happened. I called John at A1 and he told me he would take a look at it the next day (it was going on closing time) just to go ahead and have my roadside tow it there. The next day I called him. He said he was 99% sure it was my fuel pump. I told hom to go ahead and do what he had to do. After recieving the part he tore into it. He called and asked if my gas gauge had given me any issuese b4. I said no. He said he took the fuel pump out and the tank was bone dry! Boy was i embarrassed, and also incredibly thankful! I could have easily been charged hundreds of dollars to have my car fixed and i wasnt! Thanks a Million!
Tom was closing when I arrived, but stayed open late when my wife had a flat in a snowstorm. This is the kind of place that makes a small town special. Thanks for the great service that went above and beyond.
John always provides top notch service and goes out of his way to make his customers happy! Would highly recommend!
