Very rude and poor communication
Was going to rent for a few months til my personal storage was done being built but Larry wasn't much help nor made me feel comfortable
Didn't know my situation on why some of my stuff was being moved out but assumed some things... Then has the nerve to leave me a voicemail referring to my personal belongings as junk
The ladies were amazing and very helpful but Larry not so much
Unit I rented has major roof leak & RUINED MANY of my items. Of course they're not responsible for any type damage! The weirdest thing was several items, that were not mine, had been put in my locked unit by SOMEONE! Plus units have been broken into several times, so much for SECURITY.
The best and easiest storage center around. I never write reviews, though I feel like I have an obligation to publicly show my gratitude for the staff over at A-1 storage. The storage unit itself is exactly what you would expect, not much to say there. The staff on the other hand is what makes this place a hidden gem. My man Larry is always in a great mood, he keeps his facility on tight lockdown- something that every tenant should be thankful for. I’m now renting my second unit entirely thanks to him. My first unit was great, I decided to change my facility for one that is open later. I went a mile up the street and had to move out of there after 5 days. The management tried towing my truck multiple times after they said I could park there. They demanded me to get my truck off their property, though their gate was not working, and I had no way inside. They essentially impounded my vehicle and told me to find a way to get it out. It goes as far as one of their employees telling me to hop the fence!! Anyways, I head back to A-1 just to tell Larry the story of what’s going on, he was blown away from what he heard, and offers to give me a ride to get my bike and move out of there that day. I happily accepted and moved right back into A-1. I highly recommend this place to anybody in need of a unit!
Larry understands customer service. We can count on him to make the extra effort each time we need his help.
The owners are very nice I've never had a problem with my items in storage here the only thing is they close early but other than that it's good.
The hours should be extended. Also, the lady that works in the weekends is super rude and annoying. She follows me back to my unit every time and has something smart to say.
Very clean nice sanitary conditions staff is very respectful
