In short, Ace went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to get me back on the road when I was stranded with a broken radiator 500 miles from home.

During a road trip, I was in a minor accident on I-40 in Arkansas. Unfortunately, my radiator's coolant inlet was damaged and leaking, meaning I couldn't drive far without overheating. So, I got a tow to a dealership service center in Memphis, where they confirmed the radiator needed replacing. However, they claimed they couldn't do it because of collision damage; instead, they told me to take it to a body shop.

This was Saturday, July 1st. Most shops in Memphis were closed, and those open wouldn't take me without an appointment. Thankfully, I found Ace. I brought the car to him, and he quickly identified and explained what was damaged/could be fixed/would need replacing (including a hood latch the dealership broke!) He then went to find parts while I waited at a nearby restaurant.

About an hour later, Ace messaged me with bad news: there were no radiators compatible with my car anywhere in Memphis. The nearest he could find was in Jackon, Tennessee, 80 miles away. *And he was on his way to get it.*

Ninety minutes later, Ace sent me a picture of a brand new radiator. Two hours after that, he asked where I was. I gave him the address of the motel where I was staying, and he showed up, handed me the new radiator, and told me to come over in the morning. (By then, it was after 10 PM.)

Ace doesn't normally work Sundays, but since I was stuck far away from home, he made an exception. After a quick trip to AutoZone for a hose, clamps, and engine coolant, Ace extracted the busted radiator and installed the new one in under an hour--something the dealership said couldn't be done. I then drove 500 miles to Ohio without issue.

I cannot thank Ace enough for everything he did for me. He was available when I needed him, he made a 160+ mile round trip for a critical part, and he worked on his day off. I compensated him for the travel and overtime, and even then, his price was more than fair. I cannot recommend Ace highly enough. If you're in Memphis and you need work done on your vehicle, call Ace first.

This man is a scammer. If he works on your car make sure you buy your own parts and he doesn’t. I paid him for parts and labor but he never purchased new parts he used my old one that was already on my vehicle. How I know because something else had to be fix own my vehicle and I was told by the other mechanic that the part on my car was not you. He knew what the problem was with my car but he still got over on me. It’s so crazy that it be your own color people getting over on you. Just be careful because people are always out to get you.

Fast service and friendly. Very professional and he knew what he was doing without trying to rip me off! He even worked in 100 degree weather, no shade! So very thankful I found him! My new mechanic ????????
