My uncle brought his car here to fix some minor issues, and they did an okay job. However, one time, his Lexus Rx350 had some engine noise, so he brought it to the shop. One of the mechanics told him that his car was about to break down and would need an engine replacement. He quoted a cost of 4k to fix it but never told my uncle what the real issue was. Then he persuaded my uncle to sell him the car for 1k, knowing that my uncle is a loyal customer who trusts them. A day later, when my dad returned from his trip, he wanted to see the car and figure out what the issue was. My dad is also an amateur mechanic who fixes cars as a hobby, and it was actually his old car that he gave to my uncle a few years ago. Unfortunately, they told him that they had already sold the car to someone else since they had fixed it (all of that fixing in just 2 days). So, I would strongly advise people to stay away from this shop, as they set you up and scam you when they see an opportunity. I will NOT be recommending THIS SHOP to anyone I know anymore.
I've brought several vehicles over the years. Always like the guts. Last time, I felt like they didn't fix the issue correctly. They told me all of these other things he tweaked and fixed at no charge. Problem was not fixed. That's was my last time to go there ever. Before now they were good. Maybe this was just a 1 time thing, but they never even returned a call.

Some friends and I were driving home from Austin back up to Dallas when the car we were driving started shaking on the road. We discovered what the issue was, and, though it was an easy fix, the issue was getting into a mechanic on a Saturday. We got the parts we needed for the wheel at an auto-parts store, and started calling around. They were the first shop that were able to see us, and then resolved our issue in a matter of minutes. Very friendly, great service, and did it all for a fair price. If you're an Austin native (or a roadie in a jam haha) definitely give this place a shot!
I have been taking my car to this garage shop for years now. The most important reason that brings me back is Mr. Hoang, the "old man". He is simply good and I fully trust him in all the work he does.
I strongly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality work at fair price.
Wow It was fantastic experience because A-1 is very honest and reliable and he does a good job. But sometimes he forgot the price he gave you, it's good idea to get your receipts always.
I have never been treated so nice and explained all that they do at a mechanic shop .. I felt like my family member was taking care of my truck needs. Prices where fair and job was done great. Not to be confused with a similar mechanic shop with similar name.. This I recommend. They truly are A-1 people!
Will definitely be visiting here again! They have great customer service and do a great job on your car. They get the job done earlier than quoted and took the time to even explain what they did to me.
