I bought an alternator from this place with a lifetime warranty and they wouldn't replace it said they can only sell me another one when I have box and warranty paperwork the manager (Michael) was very unhelpful and absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue instead wanted to get an attitude and wouldn't give me a number so I can speak with someone over him I will not be going back
I have got great inexpensive parts every time no problems . Would recommend to anyone.
Very friendly staff. They have indeed affordable auto parts. I will from now on be doing all my business with them. If they don't have it the owner said he will find it. He purposely keeps his prices very competitive. I will recommend everyone to go there. Well worth it!!
Awesome customer service always polite always on time with their parts. Had a part no other auto parts store had . Dealership had it for 560. But a1 had it for 100 bucks . Can't go wrong .

Absolutely amazing. I have come time and time again, and they always have great prices. Got 2 windshield wipers for $10, and have bought headlights for $12-14 apiece.
They happily and readily serve, and they know their stuff! I would highly recommend this to anyone needing any part.
Besides having the best prices around and a very knowledgeable staff Mike has a total auto service with the salvage yard Wrecker Service and top name brand products at the best prices it's the only place I shop for my auto parts. And open soon a new store in Granby Missouri.
