Quick, Fast and great customer service. Open on week days till 7:00pm when all other shops that provide emissions service are closed AT 5:00 in the Salt Lake area.

Great customer service, great people to talk to about your car problems. They are fair and honest on their repair. Marco was able to get my brakes done on the spot.
I was traveling through town with 4 young kids after a funeral and started having car trouble nearby and pulled into flying j and prayed for help. I was going to drive to my family nearby and check things out but just pulled into the 1st shop I found. Sam was very kind and reassuring. He knew the problem by my description and got my vehicle in right away.
I had lost my phone charger and my phone was dead, Sam let me use his phone and even offered to charge mine while I waited for a ride I was back on the road the next day. I am glad God was watching over me. I was ready cry when I pulled in and this made my bad day a little more bearable.

This is the best shop. I was referred to this shop and they are so amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable, honest and such hard workers. Went in thinking I needed a brake job. After having my brakes inspected, found out that all I needed was brake fluid topped off. Miguel was also so kind as to replace my fuel filter and my wipers, for a very reasonable price.

I called 3 local shops in the area to see if they can figure out why both of my 2008 Scion TC front parking headlights were not turning on. They all told me that I have to leave the car in for a day. I then happened to come across 9th West Auto on my list. I called over and described my issue. The mechanic told me to come over and he will check it out. An hour later I arrived, I popped the hood open so he troubleshoot and diagnostic right in front of me. He was able to figure out right there and got it taken care off. I'm like wow! Recommend and I will be using their service again.
Really bad customer service we received a threat call from this place saying they had my father kidnapped and they took it as a joke when we went to talk to them about it don’t not take your car here at all. I will make sure that this place gets known and shut down.
