Not sure why the Host was directing everyone to the bar for lunch because there was only 1 server with 23 patrons in the bar. She did her best and kept a smile on her face but she really could have used more help. I saw 1 couple in the dining room so the experience was I’m sure much more pleasant for them. Food was hot and great but it took half my lunch break to get it. Love the food and service but sometimes people don’t want to sit on the bar side and listen to trashy women swear for an hour.
We got there and it was the 1st nice day. No one wanted to cook. The wait was minimal ( 10 mins.). Seated waitress was busy. She was helpful and friendly and very professional. Food came out in I think 20 minutes. Very good.
Love the nines, Westford is one of my favs because of the staff and the food is always good, but the temperature in this location is unbearable and something needs to be done. I understand today was the first 90 degree day here in New England, but there will be more. I’ve been coming here for years and it was the same situation last year, I feel so bad for the staff. I work outside and look forward to coming into the ac for lunch but if this isn’t fixed I don’t think I’ll be back much this summer.
The Server Emma was awesome! Funny polite did her job very well! And that’s the only reason why this location got a three star! I got my cheeseburger that was supposed to be medium rare everything looked awesome until I started eating it and realized it was at best medium…. And on top of the flavorless burger… The strawberry margarita with the strawberries in it looked awesome but there’s nothing special about it my wife loves margaritas but did not enjoy this at all.
The food is great, but by far the best thing is the good vibes of the staff. Great service. Definitely recommend the sirloin.
The food and service was good. We ordered sea food and it was a good choice. Salmon was well baked and juicy. The baked haddock was little dry and crumbling apart. Chicken in picture was juicy when it was hot but soon it became very chewy. The service was excellent by Jake. Very friendly and respectful. There is a 30 min wait time during busy evening hours.
The 99 is a good family style, staple type restaurant. It's where you can get better quality food, than you're typical fast food restaurants, but for not a lot of extra money. The menu is simple, yet varied enough for everyone to find something appealing. The service is always hit or miss in these types of places, especially these days. Over all, I find the 99 to be a nice option for a family dinner, or even a low-key date night, at reasonable prices. Personally, I usually order my food online and use the curbside pickup option
Ordered delivery and received a 15.39 salad that was completely underwhelming with only 5 little pieces of chicken. The 7.99 crock of chowder was mostly potatoes with very few pieces of shrimp and clams, again very underwhelming but taste was good. The best part of the order was the side of rice for 10.29!
All told it was a $48 meal that was over priced, under sized quantity. The quality was there but not worth the overall cost. ????
