I ordered Southwest grilled chicken salad. There were tiny pieces of dry, charred chicken, which was extremely disappointing. In the past I have had many wonderful salads there, and they no longer offer my favorite salad which was made with apples
cheese and grilled chicken.
I received a phone call from one of the managers to apologize for the salad mentioned above. The manager had the corporate office email a $20 gift card to me, to make things right.
I am happy to say, we returned to the same 99 and we both had a great meal. I had baked haddock and my companion very much enjoyed his ribs.
Thank you to 99 management for making this right and now we are once again very satisfied customers of your establishment. I will edit the stars to 4.5, if able.

Overall I would say wonderful experience so far. My coworker and I go there about once a week for our lunch hour. We call ahead of time and they have our meal ready just as we get in the door. The waitress and managers have been fantastic. We've thought about going to other restaurants during our lunch hour but they just seem to always make us happy so there's nothing to turn us away. Definitely makes me happy and makes me feel very comfortable.
Just wow. Server never put in our order and blamed it on a system glitch. Then when we finally got the food there was a hair in it. Never expected much from 99 but this was beyond gross. Look elsewhere.
Update 11/26 - went back as we had a gift card and wow same result. Check out the hair in the food, again!!!!
The staff was nice. Our waiter was great! Kept up with our drinks and kept us supplied with popcorn while we waited for our food. The food was amazing! The portions were generous. I had ribs my boyfriend had shrimp. Yum!
Every waitress that has served myself and my family at this location has been extremely accommodating, especially with regards to allergies. Tonight was my first ever allergen mishap at this location that required my meal to be remade, and they were kind enough to remove it from the bill to make up for the inconvenience. My family and I will be coming to this 99 for years to come, and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a decent sit-down restaurant.
I ordered a chicken caesar salad to go, ($15.35) with chicken and when I got it home, it was the size of a side salad with no cheese, little chicken and few croutons. I call back in to explain and the girl that answered just said sorry bout that with no offer to remedy until i asked for her to do something. She asked me to take another 12 mile round trip back there fr her to make another salad.
Watch your food before you leave, it seems take out is not the same as eat in. I got a $5.00 salad for $15.39
the food here is garbage. this chain should close down. the only reason people eat here is lack of decent options, price, and free popcorn. If you get a burger or steak maybe it's edible.
Very nice place. It was quite quiet even though we were there during a busier time. The food came out perfect, The wait staff was extremely professional and made this day that much better.
