Can never go wrong with the 99 restaurant. This particular 99 restaurant in Manchester is very clean and has easy parking.
The waitress, CASSIE was very helpful. She was able to recommend some delicious offerings from the menu. She was very upbeat, friendly, funny and a pleasure to have serve us!! It’s so nice to see someone, especially in the waitressing business have a great outlook on life and a wonderful personality!! Kiddos and thank you Cassie!! A true asset to the 99 chain of restaurants!! Food was delicious although just a bit on the pricey side, comparatively speaking to other restaurants in the area. The establishment was very clean though had a decent crowd there showing that it was a reputable and popular restaurant.
We have been to this location may times always a great experience. Not the case Saturday evening 05/11/2024. This is an example of how an employee can affect a customer's overall experience. Our server gave of a perception that she did care if we were there or not. Slow to come to the table. Slow to come back with drinks. The servers here do not bring out the food. That part of our experience was in a reasonable time. However, one dish was pasta that arrived at the table with water on the plate. That soaked the bread that can with the dish. Had our server been more attentive, we might have sent it back or at least asked for a new bread. Our server showed up to see how we were doing before we had taken a bite. No offer for a drink refill. Just plain and simple poor service. At this point, we are not sure we will be revisiting "The 99" soon.
I was in the area, hungry and had a discount from the app. I was seated right away and everyone was friendly. Complimentary popcorn ???? was brought out right away.
I had the Pesto Chicken Parm Sandwich with fries. It tasted good but it was messy. I had extra napkins and hand wipes brought to me without even asking. Awesome!
I was brought a refill for my unsweetened iced tea with lemon ????.
I had a coconut ???? banana ???? square with chocolate sauce and whipped cream for dessert. It tasted good ????.
You can pay your bill with your phone ???? from the table.

Update: April, 2023; I sat at the bar ???? and I ordered a Vermont Maple Burger ????, which tasted good. I wasn't asked which side I wanted, again. The area around the bar needed cleaning ????. I had a discount through the app and the staff were not aware of the discount. The app was acting up and I had to reinstall it twice to get it to function. The bartenders were patient.
I liked the booths more than the bar.
Update: April 2024; Cheeseburger special at the opening of the Red Sox season. The food was good. The bartender was courteous and offered me popcorn ????. But she took it away before I could finish it, and didn't offer me a refill on my drink.
Kerri is the best server!! She brought us everything we wanted! Food was great! I had the fish tacos. My son’s Kids meal came with an ice cream sandwich! Thank you for a great time Kerri!! Can’t wait to have you as our server again!
Stopped at 99 on the way to the airport, when we were headed home, yesterday. Good food and our server was nice. The popcorn for an appetizer was interesting and unexpected but welcome. The taste of the good and atmosphere was similar to that of Chili's or Texas Roadhouse, except a lot quieter.
My wife didn't care for the chicken pot pie but my hamburger and fries were good. Would come back here.
I typically adore the 99. The food is delicious, albeit, not the healthiest and the prices are great! Our favorites include the mouth-watering mozzarella moons and the pork carnitas mac and cheese.
We visited this location for my niece's graduation. While our party enjoyed the food and drinks, the atmosphere was strange and unclean. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned or restocked with toilet paper or soap. The interior floors could also use a vacuum. Our server was sweet but you could tell they are short staffed - explaining the mess. I will visit other locations in the future but this one misses the mark.
Nice chain restaurant with a little bit of everything.Recommend the cauliflower tacos or flatbreads.

Day one of my 5-day trip to Manchester. This place is pretty awesome, I like the environment. My waitress was super awesome. Enjoyed the meal especially the dessert
