I tried the all you can eat BBQ it ???? was cooked for you. There was lots of sauces. They had edamame fries chicken nuggets and buns. They also had pumpkin soup included. We tried different meats and veggies. The service was attentive and nice. If it's your bday you get a song by monkey ????. It's a festive and upbeat ambiance. I would definitely recommend ????
One of my favorite hotpot places in NYC! One of my criteria for judging a hotpot place is their fish fillet. Some other places have fish fillet that’s super fishy, but this place has super tender and fresh fish. The prices and service were great!
99 Hotpot in Brooklyn is a gem! My wife and I, sharing the same birthday, are always treated to fresh food, great prices, and top-notch service. The staff is consistently attentive and their birthday celebrations with the monkey mascot are unforgettable. Their BBQ is a must-try. Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience!
This is a franchise All you can eat Hot Pot or Korean BBQ. Prices are reasonable and many options to choose from. There are a wide selections of Meats, seafoods, Vegetables, and etc. Couple different broths to get as well. Sauce are self served, you create your own as to your liking. Best part is this place opens late, meaning 2am. It's so beneficial to open late especially in NY, where the city never sleeps. The hot pot items was super fresh and delicious. We would definitely come back!
My friends and I recently enjoyed an exceptional meal at 99 Hot Pot, where the service and quality of food left a remarkable impression. Gigi, our server, was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal. She provided excellent recommendations, showcasing her knowledge of the menu.
The variety of dishes was impressive, with fresh and high-quality ingredients across the board. From classic hot pot items to unique dishes, there was something for everyone. The restaurant’s ambiance was comfortable, and the staff maintained a high level of service, even during busy times.
Special requests were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience at 99 Hot Pot was delightful, thanks to the exceptional service from Gigi and the top-notch quality of the dishes. It’s a place we would gladly return to for future dining.
Great spot for small meet ups with friends and family. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I had the opportunity to have both hotpot and Korean bbq, both did not disappoint. Endless food options to try, some tasty, some not. Definitely trial and error, just make sure you don’t over order or they’ll charge you for whatever is left. Overall pretty good spot.
The hot pot is incredible. I love the atomsphere that maintained the classy feel of a sit-down restaurant with a lively, causal vibe that surrounds the fun of eating hotpot. The assortment of meats and seafood were plenty and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed stuffing myself.
We were there celebrating a birthday and I couldn’t believe the level of service in a hustling busting hotpot destination. Yes, destination is what I’d like to call this experience.
When you first walk in, you are transported to another kind of world with this own routines that you quickly learn. It’s an all you can eat with a mother level of fun.
You choose either a shabu-shabu option or bbq or both, but I always just go for shabu-shabu. If you want bbq, go to a Korean place!
You get seated and if you are a big group you get the grand rooms where you sit and have your feet tucked in under the table. You figure out what kind of base you want (I got the vegetarian mushroom). Then you go make your sauce base. This is what brings flavor to your dish— there are so many choices for your palette, you can be as creative as you want!
Best of all, one person from the table can choose to try out the button hanging on the wall with a timer. If you press it and draw a 999, the table gets the dinner for free!!!! What!!! Check out our video!!! Mind you our party had 21 people.
