I own a 2022 Chevy silverado truck. This place was recommended by my insurance Nationwide after my accident. From the moment they picked up my truck, to the moment it was ready, their communication with me was great! The quality of their work was exceptional. I was very impressed with how brand new my truck looked and even the Chevy dealership noticed how clean it looked when I took it to get it's oil change done 4 days later. I would definitely go back to 911 body shop should I ever be in another accident or just require any body work done on my truck. Their quality of work, theott commination and their customer service are all exceptional!! ????

I recently had the pleasure of working with 911 Auto Centers on Banders Road, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations. Darlene, my customer representative, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure that I understood every aspect of the repair process and what both insurance companies involved were looking for.
Darlene's approach was refreshingly honest and transparent. She didn't make any promises regarding the cost of the repair but instead kept me well-informed every step of the way. Her dedication to ensuring that I was informed and comfortable throughout the process was truly commendable.
Dealing with the entire repair process can be incredibly stressful, but Darlene's professionalism and compassion greatly eased the burden. I felt reassured and supported knowing that she was handling the situation with such care and expertise.

Not sure what's going on here, but there was no one at entry reception, no AC inside, and all kinds junk & debris piled up at, on and under desks. Finally the only person in the building saw me & when I told her Nationwide Insurance had set up an appt. she looked surprised. The young man that did the documentation on simple repair was nice and polite and quickly got me out of there. Needless to say, my repairs were done elsewhere.
My husband had his truck repaired after an accident and they did an amazing job. So when my car was hit I knew where to get it repaired. They did an amazing job and were done with in the time they estimated. They also made it convenient for me to turn in my rental that was closed when I picked up my vehicle.I would definitely recommend them.
This place was recommended by State Farm Insurance to repair my vehicle, which was damaged on a car accident. Overall a great experience and did a great job on the repair. Highly recommend!

Was able to get the vehicle in really quick, which we were so grateful for, since everywhere else was going to take 2 months to get the vehicle in. Dropped of our 2022 Subaru Outback Premium and was told that when they fully disassembled the affected area that they would give us a timeframe of when to pick up the vehicle. Expected time was 2 weeks. We received constant text message updates on the status of our vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle received a packet for a lifetime warranty on the repair which gave us a lot of piece of mind. Only issue was the struggle to get a factory OEM rim to put pack on the vehicle, we stated that we would only accept the vehicle if 100% of the parts were OEM, this part was aftermarket and had a few flaws. Once we rejected the rim though, they found out a way to finally get an OEM rim to go on our 2 month old car. Past that, was very pleased about the professionalism of the staff and their understanding of our needs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in San Antonio area. Thank y’all.
