This is not a 4 star restaurant, I am astonished at the amount of great 5 star reviews they’ve received. It almost seems like paid scammed reviews. Their rice has good texture, not over seasoned but lacked flavor(reason for why I added duck sauce on top of rice). The boneless spareribs taste like they aren’t fresh, more on the dry side and fuzzy looking. The chicken fingers appeared to be fried in overused oil which was confirmed after taste. This is my second time ordering and I’ve received the same presentation almost 2 months apart. The review is realistic, especially when it comes to food. This restaurant should be categorized as a 2 1/2 Star restaurant. They have great customer service but people also should be receiving good quality food. Ordered Chicken fried rice, boneless spareribs, chicken fingers($13.74).
PS: I rated it 1 star instead of 2 1/2 hoping to lower their rating to it’s actual rating. This is not a 4 star restaurant. So far the best quality Chinese food in my opinion is WongWok at 749 Sumner Ave Springfield, MA. Hope this helped :)
Def not a 4 star Chinese food place, paid for boneless spare ribs on the side and didn’t receive them. Plus the ones my boyfriend got didn’t look anything like ribs, looked like red grounded beef. The general chicken is okay, I have had better, the rice was bland and I also felt rushed on the phone while ordering. The crab ran-goons and egg roll were the only actual good food in this order. In conclusion, we paid $40 for food neither of us finished.
This is my favorite Chinese food choice locally, pork fried rice and sesame chicken is good and tender, not too dry like othe places.
Food is good and fresh and they never fail on making my order right, they just have terrible patients and customer service something I will avoid dealing with by simply ordering from somewhere else.

Chicken tenders are the smaller ones. It's not my favorite, but that's a personal preference.
However, they needed to be cooked longer, and the meat was still pinkish inside.
Teriyaki was completely rare. I had to cook it in my black cast iron pan about 5 minutes.
One piece was complete grizzle, couldn't chew, gave it to the dog.
I'm not thinking of going back real soon.
It absolutely sucked my food didn’t get here in time took an hour maybe more
I won't eat any other Chinese restaurant. The food is tops. The boneless spareribs are to die for..????❣️
