Finally a place that have honest people. Rick is the owner and a great guy! This is the ONLY place that I take my cars and will recommend. They’re fast, reasonable, friendly, and the work is excellent.
They lied and said they gave me a new battery and replaced the brakes and wires in my van. Not only did they NOT give me a new battery, they never replaced the wires. My van was inoperable again in less than 2 months. I also believe they messed with something because my van started leaking coolant and it never did that and I had it less than a year. I wasted $1,500 for them to literally only replace my brakes. Never going here again.
My engine went out on a 100 degree day during the big 696 construction project. Not only did the owner setup the tow truck he sent one of his employees to pick me up. He walked me through the entire issue and provided me with my options. The owner and his mechanics did a great job and always provided with updates on where they were with the job. Would highly recommend.
Finally a mechanic i can trust.. This is the only place i will ever take my car. Don't get the review that said people here are rude. First time i went there, Rick, the owner, knew i had to wait there for car to be fixed so he took it right in first thing. We talked like we had known each other forever. Very nice guy. Great prices as well. He saved me a lot of money. 2nd time i took my car in just 2 days before thanksgiving for a more difficult job, he promisedto have it done before thanksgiving and he did! Thanks Holly, Rick & crew!! Your awesome! Your the best!
Took my car up there Saturday morning they kept it call me Monday and said I need a certain part and it had both guys on the phone at the same time was telling me that I needed a part that I had to go get and might have to call my brother then he was on the other end and said can yay pay we'll pay for the other part to get put on there and they told me hurry up we got other cars in line I thought I was a customer and y'all had my car Saturday over the weekend and it was did nasty to me saying I got smart what I asked them is am I a customer for you telling me to hurry up I'm paying you to do a job for me and so they told me just come and get my car that they was going to take it across the street and that they weren't going to work on it so I took my car somewhere else

So was in love with this place cause if your working on a budget this is the place to go. However had some work done and after multiple times taking it back in and paying 400 for a part that looked used I could have bought new for 200 I said screw it and bought the part myself again and installed it on my own. I understand alot of things especially on Jeep wranglers is not an exact science but a adjust and readjust but I have gone back to doing all my own wrenching. That being said it if you need a Band-Aid on a gunshot wound this is probably the place. They'll at least get you moving and they'll do it for a decent price.
No stars, negative stars if possible. Second worst shop in the area, second to only AB muffler on Van Dyke in Detroit. 9 Mile had my truck for over a month for an exhaust issue. They replaced a Cam sensor, a couple of spark plugs, and other stuff that didn't need to be replaced, and kept saying that they couldn't get to my truck. Please stay away, go see Albert at A&J on 9 Mile, just west of Van Dyke. He's a little pricey, but he'll take care of you and you'll never have to go back for the same problem.
Rick is good people!! But that person that Works With him" The other Boss is going to cost him lots of Money 4real. And when someone asks him something about there car he get highly upset ???? I'm good!!! Never Again.
