Best WLM Reviews

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience for brunch. Very cool laidback and casual atmosphere with unbelievably wonderful cuisine and cocktails.
I just thought that I had the perfect combination with a Sangrita cocktail and Pork Belly Biscuit as my entree... until they brought out the Sweet Potatoes with pink peppercorn labneh, charred jalapeño, violette kale. I have no words! It was absolutely fantastic.
Great service, great food and cool vibe. We will be back. ????????
I took my uncle here for dinner tonight. He was a bit skeptical of the decor, but as soon as he started eating he was very impressed.
We started off with seaweed salad and the chicken karaage. Both dishes were excellent. The seaweed salad was very fresh and the chicken was perfectly fried- nice and crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside.
The next course was the octopus skewers and the beef tartare. The octopus was perfectly grilled so that there was a little bit of bite but not chewy and the flavor was nice and savory. The beef tartare was the star of the second course. The mixture of the Wasabi, beef, yuzu, and tobiko with the nori was a truly exciting experience. We could not stop eating it. This dish is a must try!!!
Finally, we ended with the monkfish and the yellowtail collar. Both were as delicate as I was expecting and perfectly seasoned to add depth and richness to the fish without overpowering the flavor of the meat. I will absolutely be back with more people, so that I can spread the word about this wonderful restaurant!
Overall, my favorite dish was the beef tartare. What an unexpectedly delicious combination of flavors! I can't wait to come back and explore the sushi menu
Super cute coffee shop eatery by day and hip bar and dinner hang out by night. I can't stress enough how chill this place is. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is creative and delicious (try the beef tongue reuben *yum* or the 8ARM burger melts in your mouth if you're not feeling adventurous). The vibe is eclectic and creative, great place to work as long as you have a full laptop battery (only two outlets next to the hightop bar) and don't have any calls scheduled (the music is at a moderate level, but makes it hard to hear). Perfect place for lunch/brunch or happy hour. Goooooo!
Just okay. Vegan options were plentiful, but lack luster. Had the veggie roll, seaweed salad and Vegan Ramen. Ramen had great presentation but was utterly tasteless. Veggie rolls tasted like just rice rolled up. Not even sure what was in the middle. Seaweed salad was actually my favorite. The Dressing was delicious, tasted like a ceasar dressing. A+ for atmosphere if you like a chill hipster vibe. Octo-ball cocktail was so strong I could hardly drink it. Old fashioned was very good. I’d love if they switched up the menu and offered different dishes or specials.
5.0 | so so sad 8ARM will be closing their doors. I hate that Ponce is becoming a space catering to its tourists more than its locals. I’m hoping that 8ARM will relocate close by and it won’t be permanent, but knowing how the engine of capitalism works, I don’t blame them if they want out. This weekend is their last 8ARM pop up, with a very talented chef Maricela, who does elevated Mexican cuisine. everything was sooo incredible. I tried the jicama with the pour of mezcal. wow! what a pour, and pairing it with the jicama was an experience I feel like folks should at least once. the oysters were incredible and the taco, WOW. I inhaled it lol. everything was amazing, my friend got the rice and the frioles, incredible as well. you came rlly go wrong with anything on this pop up menu. it’s not going beyond this weekend though, so if you see this go now! hopefully you make it in before they close their doors I believe officially in October. 8ARM is an ATL treasure.
Food was amazing! Small little place with a laid back atmosphere. Fair prices for large portions. Cinnamon roll was great for sharing. Breakfast sandwiches and toast were great as well. Only negative was that they did not serve tea.
Very sceney- young hip Instagram vibe. Nice outdoor bar area. Food was good but a little overpriced. Spot is closing in October but will have rotating chefs until then. Like the steak tartare the best. Ginger beer was yummy
This place qualifies to be on my worst brunch experiences list. The food was terrible, overpriced and the service was just ok. The coffee milk(glorified milk with literally a few drops of coffee concentrate) and iced coffee were insipid and unreasonably overpriced. The chicken pozole was an insult for a Mexican dish with literally 4 small pieces of chicken in a small bowl of soup with a fork(no spoon) for $14...with a stupid runny egg(no substitutions please! this dish is too holy). The prime rib bagel for $12 was wet and runny... something you wouldn't wanna pay for at all. Overall I think this place doesn't take itself too seriously except when it comes to coming after your wallet. Not the ideal restaurant I was looking forward to at this prime spot.
